Thank you for more spectacular video footage of parched, earth tone rock formations, water, leafy vegetation and wildlife. Perfect for another vicarious adventure for someone stuck in the middle of another subarctic winter of northern Alaska where the days are short and the temperatures in the minus 20’s Fahrenheit.
The photography is fantastic! The drone footage is awesome. So glad you are putting out videos again. Australia appears to be an awesome place to overland and explore. Keep LIVING THE DREAM!
What a beautiful journey that was. We are so fortunate to have suck a beautiful couple like yourselves to travel and take suck amazing videos and photos to share for us all. Well done for helping that family too, it shows no matter how prepared people set themselves selves up with all the gear, spending so much on being comfortable they miss the one most important thing, “how do I get help if I breakdown”. No matter how new a car is, things can go wrong. Not to mention with the human body too. Kind regards, from Mario.
You guy's are amazing as each time you increase your previous. Just shows, when working with such beauty. Drone footage of lost city has far more clarity and colour richness have seen for awhile by others. Thanks for sharing..Injoy you're travels.
Another awesome vlog. Brilliant photography on all fronts. Brings back memories of photoshoots from our trips! Love the commentary too. You guys bring much cheer during these challenging times. Keep the vlogs and fantastic photography coming!
Love your vids… So beautiful, entertaining and informative… LMAO, I totally cracked up by your comment at around 17.21 of the fish nibbling on shiny things… Keep up the great work… 😎👍🏼🥃
Another fabulous video, thanks so very much Trish & Ian for sharing your wonderful adventures with us, Trish, you sure are very easy on the eyes and would brighten up even the most sparse scene….
Fantastic photography which brought the wonderful scenery to life, enjoying the warmth while suffering very low temperatures in Europe. Again your content, editing and commentary are excellent, thank you for sharing your journey with us. Keep safe and continue your enjoyable journey in that great Mog!
Ian and Trish, you two make the most awesome videos!!!! I’ve never been to the land down under, but, I doubt if there are any tours that would show the places that you’ve been. Thanks so much for sharing your vids!!!! I’m looking forward to the next one!!!
I love northern Australia. Love to go back some day. All your pics and footage bring back great memories. I wouldn't mind you as my bush traveling partner either!
Thank you for the great adventure. It’s fantastic that you name the spots. I’m planning my trip up that way next year. Last year I did the west coast of Tasmania and it was amazing. Tough 4wd though but worth it. Your truck would have no problems.
You are a very beautiful young lady and Ian is a very lucky young man to be with you. Looking forward to more videos. From Stewart, British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦
Great video, beautiful images. Love your water babe style. I reckon the best way to save all that washing is to not wear clothes at all, when you are in the middle of nowhere.. Thank you.
You should, it will be brilliant. We met a guy touring around in Summer, he was a bit mad, riding up the Birdsville track in 40Deg C. You will have to watch out for the caravans, lots of them around that time of year.
Hi again from Canada. I recently bought myself a very nice camera Cannon 70D and a few nice lenses. 75-300mm & 100-400mm ultrasonic. I have taken some unbelievable shots with them. Curios to know if your husband has any tips as far as filters. I have heard of a polarizing filter that goes into the camera (so it can be used for all lenses) I’m also about to embark on a coarse to familiarize myself with the camera. However the camera is already making me look like a pro, its so good. Any tip would be most grateful. Thanks and keep on snapping!
Iain says a polarising filter is a must, he has one on the camera almost all the time. Fil in flash if you are shooting people, and a UV filter for landscapes.
@@UnimogAdventures I’m also checking out neutral density filters. Thank you so much for your help Iain. Defiantly getting a polarized set too (different sizes for different lenses)
@@UnimogAdventures Thank you so much for your help. Happy trails you two. I hope one day Iain explains a little about what he does to get such good shots. You guys are such a good team.
Great to see you guys again, that trail has been on my bucket list for quite some time, just can’t seem to make it happen.Just curious which month you were traveling,as there didn’t seem to be enough water lying around for wet season? It’s always very hot in the north,it’s hard to escape it.You sure have a lot of fun with your photo shooting, some lovely compositions.Arranging backgrounds and lighting are half the fun.I’m guessing there is at least a part two is there, some time in the future?Best wishes as you keep exploring this beautiful and wonderful Outback we have in this country 🙂
It was pretty early in the dry season, but it had been a very dry wet season acording to the people up there. From Mataranka we went on to the NT, then down to the Bungle Bungles and the GIbb River road across to James Price Point. We have done a couple of videos from that trip, but will likely re do them in the near future as a Part 2.
6:19 How do you determine that there are no crocodiles and that it is safe when you swim in a place like this? Crocodiles seem to prefer muddy water, but clear water is not always safe, right?
