Week in Colorado Vlog: My 30th Birthday in Denver, Where We Ate and What We Did

We celebrated my #30th birthday in Denver! This was the first trip in twelve years that my husband and I have been on. We had a leisurely time exploring Denver and walking around the city. It was exhilarating to be on our own time and schedule rather than basing it around our children. #parentlife We shopped around local thrift shops and looked at art at the city museum and took a hike in Boulder. We also ate GOODT. Our food schedules were off so we only tackled a few of the restaurants that were on my list but what we did eat was def noteworthy and delish. I am incredibly grateful that my mom was able to stay with our children while we celebrated. I am also grateful for my husband whose go with the flow mentality truly came in handy on this trip. He is my best friend and I’m thankful we spent this trip together.
P.S -I didn’t mention it in the video but Colorado has decriminalized marijuana so anytime I talk about it or products made from it, it’s because it’s legal where we stayed.
