  • I’ve been cycle syncing for a few years and love the results I’ve experienced. Eating for my hormones has improved my skin, pms symptoms and my mood. I share my experience because I want women to know that their periods can be pain free and manageable. I also want to share healthy meals that are flavorful yet simple to make because I believe that creating a healthy lifestyle shouldn't be difficult nor should is break the bank.

      Thank you! Honestly I didn’t like tofu until I made it myself lol it has a… unique spongey texture so that’s why I like mine crispy 🤣
