Bless you my friend for doing this! But I must say the tenant of this property needs to be totally ashamed of themselves! Hoarding trolleys and dumping shopping pamphlets, which they probably got paid for! Hopefully they will change their ways, thanks to you! ❤
Hauling the garbage is forever. I appreciate your patience and diligence in doing this for a solo. I cannot imagine 2 or 3 people tasking this chore, but you accomplished it by yourself. Awesome. You deserve a trophy for this or perhaps national recognition! Were you picking up bio-hazard junk? That garbage looks terrible! The property looks occupied. How could those occupants live in such a terrible demise! Parts of the swimming pool are buried underneath the thick overgrown grass. Who knows you might find skeletons of some recent humans buried in there too, hahaha. Treasure hunting? Unbelievable!

Owner or renting..WHY would you abuse a home like this..I can't think of any justification at all..I have seen this before and it hurts my heart that this is allowed to happen especially when we have elderly and families who are in desperate need that would appreciate a home like this..Its utterly disgusting..I can't believe the effort and work you did to this one Steve.. Even half an hour per day on behalf of the owners, picking up after themselves, could have avoided that enormous junk heap that you ended up having to attend to.
I understand illness and disability, but property should never be allowed to fall into such a mess.

I remember this one, too. It is just as good now. I have never seen so much trash in one yard. It’s like every time someone dropped something, it was swallowed up by that black hole. I was shocked at some of the things that were hidden, swimming pool, tarp, pipe, wow! You did an amazing job! I bet you were so sore after this one. Love all your videos. It is true and proven that what you reap is what you sow. Steve keep on uncovering 'treasures' in the garden. If the owner would love its own lawn by not putting unused items then the lawn will not be such a drastic stage. The patience and determination to transform this lawn is really amazing. To say the job you did on this piece of property was outstanding, would be an understatement. The job you did was stupendous!! What an undertaking. What started off as a complete ''hot mess" turned out nice and neat and clean looking, which wasn't easy to accomplish seeing what it looked like day one.
