- The three defendants in the Ahmaud Arbery murder case are scheduled for court Friday morning. You can watch it in the player above at 10 a.m. ET. The Law&Crime Network’s Brian Buckmire will host live coverage.
Gregory McMichael, 64, son Travis McMichael, 34, and neighbor William Bryan, 50, are accused of chasing down the victim in a tragic confrontation on Feb. 23 in Brunswick, Georgia.
The question before the court is: Is this murder? Prosecutors and attorneys for Arbery’s family say yes. The McMichaels chased the victim in a Ford F-150, while Bryan drove a Chevy Silverado pickup truck, authorities said. Bryan filmed while father and son confronted the 25-year-old Arbery, and Travis shot the victim with 12-gauge shotgun, according to the indictment obtained by Law&Crime.
At the time of the killing, Gregory McMichael allegedly told police that they believed Arbery was involved in several burglaries in the area. But there was only one reported burglary in the area in recent weeks: a January 1 alleged theft in which a gun was stolen from a pickup truck outside Travis McMichael’s home.
911 audio from shortly before the shooting showed a caller reporting a black man in a white T-shirt at a nearby house under construction.

Defense is a joke. And remember he's the lawyer that released the video of the murder thinking he could spin the narrative. That's how bad he is.
This is not the lawyer who released the video. Alan Tucker released it to a radio station at Greg McMichael's request. That being said, if you are ever accused of a crime, you better hope your counsel is as passionate, driven, and willing to leave NO STONE UNTURNED in your defense like Mr. Gough. If you do some research on all three defense teams you will find all three already have a stellar regional and national reputations. They are doing this to defend their client, not to gain attention.

This defense attorney puts me to sleep. It will be hard to get through the whole trial (I'm here to watch from beginning to end, after I witnessed the guilty verdicts). I'm so glad every time the prosecution takes over.

Umm did you not see what everyone else saw, they released the video of the scene afterwards. And all 3 testified against there self At the scene. In short they snitched on their self on body cam

For salvation, people just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in the water and of the spirit after they believed. Here's why! Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled with the Holy Ghost and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is.

We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:8-9, But though we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. God told Noah exactly how to be saved, how he must build the ark. Noah didn't come up with his own plan like people are doing today. A sinner's prayer, you just have to believe, etc which is not in the bible.
The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church.

The case is unprecedented in that the mother of the purported victim, backed by a violent mob, was allowed to shop for a district attorney to her liking. The People of Glynn County were disenfranchised in their choice of an elected prosecutor, by the violent mob.
After DA Barnhill got caught releasing a memo exoranting the shooters before recusing himself they had no choice but to go outside of the district to get an unbiased prosecuter ...

Awe I guess Mrs Wanda Cooper Jones had that much Power. They were not even charged for 74 days they had the Power. Maybe if the Police had not Lie to her then she would not have to call anyone. The Lie was he was killed by a Homeowner while breaking into his house. By now you know it did not belong to the 3 people. By now you know the 3 didn't see him do anything. How do I know Travis testified that he was in the house on his couch. Gregory told the Police he didn't know what he had done. Now they will spend the rest of their lives in Prison.

I don’t believe you are right. The prosecution has sighted several cases to support his stance. Gough has only been throwing things out on what he believes and has not sighted any cases. The comment he made about that Arbery knew something should not have been made and judge caught it.
