Thanks for this, I was thinking this was impossible. The shortcuts are what really helped. Also, as long as you're out of the restricted area, the mayor call and police forgiveness will work. You'll probably have to use both because people were going nuts and running in the street, so you're bound to hit one or two. But using both should give you plenty of time to get to the drop spot.
I just did this and police forgiveness worked in every attempt but stupid pedestrians kept running in front of the tank so it didn't do much. The short cut definitely helped. Great video :)
easiest way to do this or any vehicle theft is RC gun, possess the car and keep following it, and for helis/boats just RC to give u headstart b4 u call forgiveness RCed the tank from entrance and only got 5 stars when I got to the dropoff , so easy :D
this didnt help me at all since its not stag following me its a bunch of tank & swat helicopter i cant barely get out of their base with the challenger without em blowing it up like mad men but thanks anyway
