- TL Adventures & AdventureRoundOz are back in the bush, this time exploring places they haven't explored before. We head into the bush straight away, following the dirt track from Matlock to Jamieson, then heading onto Mount Sunday Road, which offers up a few mud puddles and steep climbs.
We finish the day up at Mitchell's Flat where I cook up a storm for the crew! Come Sunday, we tackle Mitchell's Track but not before our plans change and we have to tackle a new route, where I was tested to my absolute limit. But we get through it and finish the day at Howqua.

Absolutely love your last 2 uploads Tash, especially this one!! As I know the area and have done some of the tracks/camp spots numerous times, I can just about put my self in your passenger seat!
Slate mine has changed heaps. Used to be very gnarly driving to the peak for a scenic photo. Last time I was there little while ago there were 2 vehicles down the cliff on the north eastern flank of it. As they say, God's country up there!

Yeah there was one section where it just pushed me to my point on my experience but we came and we had no choice but to conquer! It showed me what I am capable of doing.

Nice Vid. No staged Bullshit, great quality, just like we all do it. If I had my regular Stilh chainsaw, I'd have cleared that track. Shame, Shame. Otherwise a great unadulterated video. Keep it up.

Can’t help but think we are so backwards in this country compared to say Canada or the USA. I think more of the main roads should be sealed (Jamieson - Woodend -Matlock). So 2WD can drive on a main road through the mountains. And the 4WD tracks need to be maintained in far better condition by Parks Victoria than they are. Just lazy.
I’ve watched a few videos of 4wding in the US and I was blown away how well maintained the tracks and areas surrounding is! Our Parks Vic definitely need to up their game!
Go the Patrols!! how do you like the swag setup over a rooftop? I've got both . im thinking alot of weight high center of gravity makes some of these tracks harder . 🏞️🛻📹😎🤙
Yeah I feel the rooftop would be much heavier on top! I mean, rooftops are good being off the ground and easy set up but the swag is still good! Comfy, quick to set up and pack up and yeah, definitely not as heavy!
