Yes mate I couldn't go into detail tbh just a story based around it. I know all that lads. GT TE TC poor old Tony died unhappy tbh. I was with him in Wanno just a few weeks when he was complaining about head aches. That was the start of his cancer m8
I totally understand why you can't go into detail mate. I've been friends with one of TC's sons for years, very sad what happened. I've heard alot more good things said about TC than bad...its unfair how the media can portray people.
@@mrgc20 Mate I spent a good few years in the nick with TC. We was having it together because we knew each other outside of the nick. I got to hear many stories from him and we sat in the cell many a times chatting about the good old days. I've never gone into detail because I haven't spoken to the boys. They give him the cancer over the worry of being in the shovel away from his family. He had an evil look about him if he didn't reckon you lol. We went in on a Charlie big time smak dealer on A wing wanno lol. TC was a good chap I miss him. I remember when he used to go down the van
You must of had a blast being a young man in that era Joey. I used to knock about Wallington alot when I was younger (roundshaw), then st helier/ mitcham as I got a bit older. Such a shame to see all the decent pubs go, hardly any left now. I think the morden tavern was the last to go on st helier. The goat is still there though.
The fish man still at the goat to mate. We used to go outside the corner pin to get cockles & prawns. Remember The Swan in Mitcham to. How about The Albium pub to mate. Bath Tavern I don't know if it's still there m8. They pulled the Arms down on the circule shortly after the lads got nicked
Used to drink in the Arms in the 80’s , anyone remember the 50pence shape pool table .
Yes mate I also remember the Rockerbilly nights round the back lol. To be fair the pub was a good family pub during the day's and most nights
