How can I set up a timer so that my light turns on at 7:00 AM, meaning dawn starts earlier, and turns off at 8:00 PM? After 8:00 PM, there should be twilight for 4 hours, and from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the night light-blue-should be on."

Thank God I found this video cz others have the lighting channels mixed up on here

To be clear, channel 1 (white) are full on and full off at the times programmed, channel 2 (beauty) have a 30 minute ramp up and ramp down that begins at the time you set (so setting 10a / 730p means "start at 10a and reach full potential at 1030a, then start dimming at 730p and be completely off at 800p), while channel 3 (blue) have a **60 minute** ramp up/down from the set time.
In the example in the video, the blues (start at 930a for 60min ramp) will only be at half brightness when the beauty (start at 10a for 30min ramp) first start ramping up, and they would reach full brightness together at 1030a when they are joined by the white lights coming on.
There's nothing wrong with this setup, everyone's tank is different, but just be aware of the different ramp times.

What should the schedule be for all three channels then ?

@@michaelhalsey798 Depends on what you want. I work all day, get home at around 630p, so I want the lights on while I'm home and awake. So I have my white day lights on 12p-9p, and bookended with the others. My full schedule looks like this
Blue ch3 on 0900 off 0000 (total dark at 0100)
      Beauty ch2 on 1030 off 2230
      White ch1 on 1200 off 2100

      Channel 1 (White/Daylight):
      · On: 9:30 AM (ramp-up 1 hour)
      · Off: 6:00 PM (ramp-down 1 hour)
      Channel 2 (Blue/Actinic):
      · On: 9:00 AM (ramp-up 1 hour)
      · Off: 9:00 PM (ramp-down 1 hour)
      Channel 3 (Royal Blue/Violet):
      · On: 8:30 AM (ramp-up 1 hour)
      · Off: 8:00 PM (ramp-down 1 hour)
Came up with this what you think

Sure! Here is your text translated into English:
"How can I make sure the light doesn’t turn off? According to your settings, the light in the aquarium turns off later. I need it to stay blue all night until morning."

Can the blue “moon light mode” be programmed to stay on during the day with the white lights?

    • @sharonhoof8438
      @sharonhoof8438 Рік тому +1

Yes you can. When you set the blue lights, you set them for the same time as the white lights plus however long you want them to be on after the white light setting has ended. This will give you 50/50 white and blue lights.
