Is the suction powerful on carpet?
I've read so many comments that say that their vacuum broke in less than a year... like mine. Most won't take a charge.

I would try to get a replacement. Try to contact the brand or seller.
I'd toss it, it will stop taking a charge soon.
How do you take the brush out? Mine won’t turn anymore
There should be a button on the bottom that allows you to open the bottom.
@@IsitWorthit1 Thank you. I found that but still couldn’t get the brush out. I smelt something burning so I think the cheap plastic pieces melted together. Ugh. I ordered another one and will clean the brush weekly this time!
