Have you seen teen mom at all? If you are not already married or living together and if you live at home with your parents it is totally different for the female. She is carrying and her life changes. The guy typically continues on leaving her home while he goes and hangs out with his friends. I think that was where he was coming from. It's unfortunate that this is how it happens, but most young kids/ adults are not having sex too become parents. And the guys body doesn't change hormonally like the female and usually doesn't stick around long to parent. Now yes some guys do handle becoming a young father better. However it's a small percentage that young parents stay together, plus do to being inexperienced and immature/unstable co-parenting is difficult. It can be tough for grown adults to co-parent. Parents have to learn its about the child, not the adult relationship. However I think TI needs to encourage his sons to respect females the way he expects Males to treat his daughters. Have you seen teen mom at all? If you are not already married or living together and if you live at home with your parents it is totally different for the female. She is carrying and her life changes. The guy typically continues on leaving her home while he goes and hangs out with his friends. I think that was where he was coming from. It's unfortunate that this is how it happens, but most young kids/ adults are not having sex too become parents. And the guys body doesn't change hormonally like the female and usually doesn't stick around long to parent. Now yes some guys do handle becoming a young father better. However it's a small percentage that young parents stay together, plus do to being inexperienced and immature/unstable co-parenting is difficult. It can be tough for grown adults to co-parent. Parents have to learn its about the child, not the adult relationship. However I think TI needs to encourage his sons to respect females the way he expects Males to treat his daughters. I am glad that he shows interest and cares. Just needs to not speak on every family personal matter on such a big public platform. He could've just communicated how he talks openly with his daughter and preparing for the harsh world she's entering into..

When I became pregnant there was a meeting of the minds of both families to decide who was going to do what and trust I may have been the one carrying the baby, but his dad was right there every step of the way because he was required to be there. Why should a girl go thru this by herself. She didn’t make the baby by herself. . If the young man’s life doesn’t change it’s because the girl, her parents nor his parents require him to do anything.

It's only a risk because men can "hit it & quit it" leaving the mental and financial responsibility of the pregnancy and subsequent issues to the mother.
Instead of him taking her to the gyno for hymen checks, he needs to educate her on safe sex. Help her get birth control, condoms, let her know her options. *AND* warn her about men, such as himself. Then he needs to reign those boys in. Men have the ability to get multiple women pregnant at any time, any day, any month. Up until their dying day.
A woman, (if she carries the pregnancy to term), can only get pregnant and give birth once a year.

The concept of Jada's show is to allow people to share their thoughts and experiences in a judgment free zone. She didn't agree with his views, she just allowed him to share them. Such is society tho. Why are we acting like men and women don't get treated differently in life. Not talking about the discrimination and the wages gap, but this is social. He's a control freak it's that simple. As a father of a daughter and been raised by all women, I learn two things, it's how to raise your daughter and what example you are. If I raise her to respect herself, love herself, help build her self-esteem and confidence, I can trust as she becomes a woman, she'll be fine. Along with that, I can also be a good man so I can be a good example of the guys she should look for. T.I must not feel confident in his parenting, his wife parenting and adding that with control issues, I only hope that girl uses him as an example of what not to go for.
