⏩ Video Question: What type of approach do you use to practice after watching a video like this??

You should react to some Genshin Music, some are pretty good.
PLEASE do Oceans ate alaska - Escapist drum playthrough, trust me.. You will NOT regret it. Keep up the great job!

i love watching drummers geek out to chris, like you said, theres so much you can point out and learn from. Personally I love his flam work. Both on bass drum and snare, a small detail that for some, doesn't get overlooked.
His OAA playthrough of "Escapist" is worth watching too!
that video gave me motion sickness lmfao
Hey Tony, first things first, heard you have covid at the moment so wishing you a speedy recovery, health is everything man.
Secondly, loving your reactions, really like the fact you pause a lot and repeat sections to appreciate the artists skills.
Chris Turner has a lot of great content to choose from but please react to his Oceans Ate Alaska Escapist drum play through, you will be enthralled.
Man as someone with ADHD who tries to play drum kit, idk how you concentrate enough to do 1/10th of these transitions.
One hand roll is actualy very simple to learn. Use it fluently in the groove is different chapter but basic motion is simple. There is planty of videos and lessons about it.
Same with heel toe (doubles with legs). Once you get used to the motion you can easily play fast and long runs with your double pedal.
Gotta check out his Escapist playthrough as well! It's superb
Really digging your reactions to drum playthroughs, man. Do you know Baard Kolstad? Definitely worth checking out some of his playthroughs. Guy is so fun to watch and listen to.
El Estepario Siberiano...Dream Theater one pedal an other amazing drummer...
Beast
Meinl just posted their first video of Jay Postones with TesseracT. Definitely worth a watch.
Hey you should check out Kyle Brownlee with the band Counterparts!
Would love to see you react to all the tenacious D songs, from the movie tenacious D with jack black.
You gotta do some starwars music, the book of boba fett and the mandalorians intros are both 🔥🔥
What is your personal preference in regards to the angle of the individual drums in the kit? I don't play, but I've been around a fair amount of drummers and the variety always peaked my interest. Most seem to prefer have the drums angled towards them, but Chris here, and Vlad from Jinjer are two obvious examples of guys who play them "flat" (sorry, don't know the terminology). And I saw Jack White play with a guy who tilted his drums away from him...I guess it's all what you like, but again, do you teach a certain way?
I'm a drumline guy so flat surface is very "home base" feeling to me.
I would love to see you reacting to Akaza's theme from Demon Slayer. I love that song.
You should check out Gaku Taura from Crystal Lake. Crazy energy.
one handed roll utilizes the rim as a point in the fulcrum i think. but i suck at them so maybe i do them wrong lol
hes also rolling his feet (double strokes) on those longer 32nds or whatever the hell they are haha.
That's crazy shit

Tony, make a reaction to the openings of one piece, the video will 100% hit the top
Lexicon, il sogno, unlock the key,, lets goo
U really need to react to this hip hop drummer Jeon sung bae doing Kanye west “flashing lights”cover
PLEASE REACT TO OVERLORD OPENINGS
Here's a pretty good and quick video to explain that gravity blast. It would be cool if you could get Chris on the channel. He does do facetime interviews and sometimes participates in react videos with people on twitch. Reach out to him and he just might oblige.

Yo can u react to all black clover openings please
you gotta react to this one ジョジョ~その血の運命~ Archetype Mix Ver. ITS A JOJO SONG!!!!!!
Hi! Can you please react to Black Clover openings?
I think that the “Benzaiten” play though is technically the most difficult as a non drummer’s eye. It just looks and sounds insanely difficult.
Nah that song is straightforward without any complex modulation and awkward metric switches. Benzaiten is fast but I think that's all it has. As a musician i find High Horse to be the hardest one.
High Horse was 700/10 🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
