These guys are great! I love their attitudes! I think what he really means by saying, ignore negative feedback, is not to give up on your dreams and aspirations because people talk negatively about your ideas. In this way, we have to mute those negative voices in order to continue to cultivate the dream.
I think what he was talking about negative feedback was the trolls. He clearly said that he listened to the customers went by what the customers licked and what they didn’t like.
Hi thank you for your videos, they're very educational. Just wondering about the part you talk about feedbacks... how do you know which feedbacks to actually consider and implement changes? You cannot try to please everyone, and I find that in many instances feedbacks are also preferences or kind of personal taste. If you try to change your products/operation too often based on feedback and try to please everyone that would obviously be unwise and impractical not to mention straying away from your own style and vision.
Cool idea for a video. Unfortunately pretty much unwatchable as the whole thing is out of focus. Next time reshoot or make it a voice over images and scrap that shot.
