Passion Fruit Tart with a delicious passion fruit curd and passion fruit glazing. Passion Fruit Curd:
120g Passion Fruit Juice | 120 ml | 1/2 cup
25g Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon or Mango Juice | 1 tbsp
80g Sugar | 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
3 Eggs
170g Butter | 3/4 cup
1,5 Gelatine sheets
you can as well use teh same recipe to make individual tarts!
