It’s pretty pricey. There are better places for far less.
Has anyone had gumbo made from onions instead of a roux? I never see this method on youtube. I never use a roux for chicken and sausage gumbo.
I’ve only heard of it being made that way but I always use and prefer a roux with flour and oil.
