I love this green lights with red it's look cool and siren is good
love the video, that siren gets annoying after a while lol
Nice job and its interesting to listen to the radio traffic
Fantastic video!
I love your ride along videos!!
Aber die Sirenen vom Batti sind echt geil! Schönes Video Dirk
brilliant video.. in england, that would be one bloody big drs car with those green ,lights on
mortgagewizard40 thanks
Fantastic video! UP! :-D
yees ! More ride along !
First time I seen this video was in 2014 haven't been able to find it since
In UK green lights indicate a doctor. However siren is amazing although I cannot understand why it is on on some stretches of road with no traffic ahead. On mainland Europe the siren is only used to warn rather than turned on when leaving the station and remaining on.
Where I am from Green Lights indicates a Security Vehicle.
Come ride along with me in Atlanta!
Nice Vid!! 8-)
1:15 I thought you were going to hop into the driver’s seat :-)
@ Rescue911 ,
U Should Come To Australia ain And Ask For A Ride Along, I May Be A Bit Cramped But The Nambour Volunteers Have Great Seats And + They Only Just GotNew Updated Trucks Last Year!
Pause at 1:23 is that a fire siren, and if so why didn’t it go off
Green lights on a fire engine?? Or is it just my eyes that are fucked up?
No there are green lights on this cars! even chicago put green lights on their fire engines but... dosn't look so bad or not?
Nomisplayer112- Worldwide Emergency Responses
I can't say i like it actually, but on the other side i'm not a fan of those red lights either.. I would say blue lights appears best
well, i like the red lights in america and the blue lights in europe i wouldn't like it if the blue lights come to america its ok how its now ;D
Nomisplayer112- Worldwide Emergency Responses
True! Let us europeans have the blue lights alone :P
Yeah!!!
It is normally, that in USA must stop all cars (in opposite drive direction too)? In Germany the cars must stop in drive direction only so that the apparatus, police or other emercency car can drives along for faster driving. At crossings they can drives thru, but must be slow if it red light at their way. In Thailand the normal traffic flow around, mostly the Tourists stops.
Wie machst du das, dass du auf Alarmfahrten mitgenommen wirst?
Würde mich echt mal interessieren wie du das machst.
It's funny how the cars coming from the opposite way also stop... In europe, usually, they don't care :)
Oh they care in Europe. Way more than we do.
Idk if this video is in the US or not, but it looks like a small town. Try ride alongside in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Charlotte etc. And I guarantee you wont find vehicles stopping on either side of the road, nor yielding.
Green Seen He actually has dozens of ride alongs from those cities online... Almost everyone (except for the tourists..) in Cali stops for an emergency vehicle. Don't make things worse than they really are ;)
jazzbutterworth Not everyone .
Of course I know that. But way more do there than here.
in canada green lights mean command trucks
+thomas davies Not always. At least three provinces it also means volunteer firefighters.
Here in Concord, New Hampshire, Green Light's mean Security Vehicle's.
come ride with us on truck 1 in little Rock arkansas, you'll have a blast
Power call on the Battalion Car???? Ok then usually on the engines and ladders.
Love the lights but that is the most god awful siren ever made 😆
You mean the powercall siren? Nah there awsome
@@hagerstownredline5274 no way lols, I get a migraine everytime I hear that screech 😆🤙
@@DukeCityKing50513 your weird
Long drive
The power call on a fire truck with a Q sounds better.. That's just annoying on the battalion chiefs car.
I still don't understand why they use green lights.
its the battalion chief making it the on scene commander. just makes it easier to sport who is in charge on the scene of a fire. also it just varies by state. some just use red and white while others can use green in combination with the red and white and blue as well
In Chicagoland almost all departments have a little green light on the right hand side. This is tradition started by Chicago Fire Department. For Command we use a Green doom light on top of the vehicle
Christopher Holmes Thank you for telling me that!
Wade Wilson Thank you for telling me that!
Christopher Holmes Green lights are also pretty popular in MD. I like them, nothing bad about it.
can't keep up with a firetruck smh
Typical ford
I think he was driving like that on purpose. See it this way, drivers cannot see the battalion SUV if he's directly behind the engine. Some drivers don't check their mirrors for a 2nd emergency vehicle and they pull out right after the engine passes.
That is a God Awful siren on the vehicle. At least change the sound once in a while!
+Tom Z I like it with the Q2B, but it is annoying constantly by itself
i would have went with the whelen lights and siren.
Why the whelen siren? The whelen powercalls are shit
