Wow...this would probably be the only film Barbara, Joan, and Bette were in together
Taylor Downing I wonder if they ever worked the same shift together at the actual Hollywood Canteen.
check out the film "So Big" with Stanwyck and Bette Davis is in a small part.
They missed a trick - imagine if there had been three sisters in Whatever Happened To Baby Jane
what an absolutely adorable scene. So genuine.
Barbara Stanwyk was great in this scene. I saw her in Babyface too, where she, in not the nicest way, worked her way up to the top in an office business.

Such a vibrant lady.
Such an expressive face.. Feelings and emotions all over..
Thank you for sharing..
Greetings from Greece
I kind of like at the end when he said my stomach shorted jumped up into my heart lol maybe he still has feelings for Barbara after all lol
Their chemistry was really off the charts for such a short scene!
Babs is really, REALLY adorable. Even saying that is an understatement.
She was a wonderful actress and a lovely lady
Happy Birthday, Barbara.
I hope that a bunch of guys who saw this movie weren't disappointed if they ever got to the real Hollywood Canteen and didn't get to hobnob with any of the big actresses seen here.
There were quite a few of them at the Canteen. Not as many at one time as in the Movie and there were 10X as many soldiers.
Even at the age of 6 i loved Barbara Stanwyck - im not sure why way back then i guess it was something a kid picks up on - i used to watch her in The Big Valley
Such a great movie ❤
what a dame!
Joan Leslie over Barbara Stanwyck? Absurd.
@Elvis Cookingham actually no, I do not think anyone cares. Also, that is a violation of her privacy
If you're with either one, you hit the jackpot!!
ook!♥️
What’s this song playing in the background
is Barbara Stanwyck in the line for Warner Brother's actress back then??
pangesti novi Barbara was sort of freelance and not really tied to any studio
Who was the first actress? With the dark haired one?
I think that's Jane Wyman. :)
Yes the amazing Jane Wyman
Barbara Stanwyk was Babyface, who worked her way up to the top. Now she's worked her way back down from Hollywood film star to waitress
Baby face? She has the face of a toothless old woman - ‘good’ actress but that’s about it.
@@MarthaMansbridge I beg to differ. Beauty is only skin deep
