In my day when I was living in Taipei Yangmingshan National Park was the place to go. There was an Orchid Garden which was really good.

Oooh! Yangmingshan is 💙! We were there last year, but we didn't see the orchid garden. Not sure if it's still there or wrong season (we visited in winter).
