how to trap otter for beginners is a video jeff shot to show the set up on small feeder streams that otter travel up and allow you to trap them easier and more effective
Jeff it was great getting to meet you Saturday afternoon at the NYSTA Convention. Thank You for taking the time to talk with me I really enjoyed it. I cant wait to put Dunlap Lures to work on my line this year!
I just built a 12in pipe trap and used duke220 on ea end, tied a few silver fishing lures in it, set it 2ft under water and WALLA!!!! Caught the fish eater First night ! For any vegetarians out there complaining about animal rights, us meat eaters would rather the fish eaters not take our food. 30lb adult eats up 4.5 - 6lbs a day.
Refer to this video. But it’s highly dependent on a myriad of factors. I’d recommend finding runs where you know they are moving from one body of water to another, put some of the RBG 280’s on the RBG V stands, and you WILL catch otter. Overnight catches on otter are rare so be patient. They are nomads and travel up to 20 miles a night. However, like the terminator, they’ll be back 😎 ua-cam.com/video/wlilcawQdu8/v-deo.htmlsi=BBI80HrsMcjZD5pH

Good way to start hemroid problems, lol. I can't even think about not using setting tool. Do you have link to where to get those traps?
Yep. Thanks for watching and commenting. Jeff

Did you set right on the bottom of the creek ? If so do otters always swim up or down creeks under the water ?
