Seven Star Fist Form Grading, Qufu Shaolin Kungfu School, China

After 8 months at the Qufu Shaolin Kungfu School. As is customary for a grading I messed up the form at the end. It's how I roll, deal with it. My back is also pretty hunched when it should be straight, I like how the "EE" echo's around the training hall though!
Apparently this form is highly regarded by the Shaolin Monks, which is probably why I've been doing it for nearly four months now (I know, it doesn't show!) Undoubtedly it is most technically demanding form I've done, with the hand positions and you can't actually see that when the hand goes behind the back you change the hand shape etc. I think it's my favorite for application.
