well this 52 second clip clearly isn't the full workout is it?!! He no doubt did use the full stack and what you see at the end is a drop set. Dude is massive, I'm sure he can fly the stack if he wants to.

Its a common training method to completely exhaust the muscles. if he continued on with the drop sets to absolute failure it is very possible that failure occurred at the lowest weight which would be why he was straining with such light weight. There are several training methodologies centered around reaching absolute failure some of which are DOGCRAPP, X REPS, and HIT just to name a few. Some of the greatest bodybuilders of all time relied upon these techniques to build insane physiques Dorian Yates is one that comes to mind also Mike Menztger they both followed a HIT method with failure coming from a single set to absolute failure and even beyond or drop sets to absolute failure. Next time you train try these types of sets. Basically to do a true drop set you go to failure on a set cut the weight by 10% and go to failure again and so on until you basically run out of weights to remove. It is pretty much strictly a bodybuilding technique and is not suited to Weightlifting or Powerlifting....give it a shot and youll be making faces too LOL

Si te fijas las placas son de diferente tamaño, tal parese que el ejercicio en donde hiso con las 100 libras era en otro no en ese, en donde puso las 100 libras se aumenta de 5 en 5 hata llegar a 100 y al final lo hiso con las placas que suben de 10 en 10.
