Dumbbells hit the chest, elbows locked and the weights touched at the top. This is not ego lifting, this is a workout. Better than most social media weightlifters.
@@WaywardVector I'm a beginner lifter, but... isn't locking your elbows a bit pointless? When you hold the weight above your chest, you're barely activating the chest muscle at that point, with the arms doing most of the work sustaining the weight. Same thing when the weights are lowered close to the chest. Then there's also the fact that the chest muscle is not fully put in tension in this type of exercise... you're not performing full range of motion, due to the weights being in the way and knocking into each other above your chest. Not to mention that you can hurt yourself on a heavy dumbbells bench press when you can't push anymore, and risk dropping the dumbbell, which might take your arm with it in the opposite direction and screw up your shoulder. As a matter of fact, isn't a cable exercise that targets the chest much more efficient and safer at this point? It allows you to keep the muscle fully in tension at the peak of the movement, you can load more weight without being afraid of injuring yourself and you've also got full range of motion (your arm can cross your chest and make the chest muscle work fully).
@@Borgilian i’m not gunna read all that but yeah you don’t need the full extension and it’s actually kinda dangerous for that weight. The fact that he IS getting the full extension is pretty impressive though

That's like the goal and aim for a lot of people who workout: work to lift at least 1.5x your bodyweight. This is it.
Not to mention that his form is almost perfect. He extends his arms up all the way, he drops slowly, and he stops when the dumbbells touch his chest. Skies better put all the snippets on there lol
I'm miss you until then bruh
Hell yeah bro!! Big money!!! And you just gave me a new way to set the dumbbells up instead of deadlifting them off the ground
Any new videos of this guy. He must be moving mountains by now💪
I only just recently started doing this with 75’s. Seeing this man do double that is insane
75 is very very good!!! Great job!!
Same here I beat planet fitness today getting 6 reps with the heaviest dumbbells (75) and now see I have a long way to go lol
@greaseball0 gamer gym rat
Lol! I just started 70s and felt strong. This guy is a beast!!!
@@butcho7492 Lol y'all are weak AF
I'm watching someone hold my max bench weight in each hand. It's mind-blowing.
Your max is 150? Lol

Beast!!!! Great work
absolute animal! nice job G
I saved this video to my "watch later" playlist just so I can comeback and read through the comments...its pretty entertaining
read some more bro
I was yelling at my screen, cheering him, on for that last rep 😂
😂
Don’t think it works like that tho sorry man
LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!
Me too😂
This already happened, its in the past, no amount of cheering would have changed the outcome of this video...
that is awesome..that is total natural strength..I remember going to a gym years ago and struggling with 75 lb dumbell presses on a flat bench and there was this Mexican dude that came in about every other day..he was a small guy, only about 5'5" and couldn't have been more than 150-160lbs..he'd walk straight to the dumbell rack, pick up 85 lb dumbells, go to an incline bench and start pressing them up like they were nothing..that's what he'd warm up with..natural strength is awesome..
He looks like he could be an all natural guy too which is insane
James Cricket Lol bro look at his glutes at the start of the vid, the man's a horse
@James Cricket "pair of arms" - said about a man doing a chest exercise
@James Cricket And we found the insecure guy who is comparing himself to a stranger in the video way too personally to the point of negative talk! 💯🔥
@James Cricket says the guy talking down about some guy who doesnt know him in a lifting video 😂😌
@James Cricket so... people should never get any more muscle mass than what you think looks pretty on them..thats... still some weird backseat bodybuilding
Nice dude. Right now I can do 71.5 pounds at 7 reps lol. When I first started, I could barely do 30's
Good job man I was stuck for a very long time at 60 now I am repping 90 for 6
What’s your max bench
Bruh i started like u 30 pounds 6 reps im 40 pound 8 reps. Almost 2 monthd
@@Brlowvgsnhdhhtdvjg nice keep going
@@joshphilips7266 Mine isn't very high but I did two reps of 205 on barbell a couple weeks ago.
For the weights being that heavy, he dropped them like a gentleman.
And he still managed to not slam the weight - an inspiration.
LOVED the effort on that last rep! Most wouldn't have even went for it.
I’m impressed by how he sets himself up with the dumbbells. I’ve been strength training and been pretty stagnant at 70 in each hand. I know I can do more but I’ve been so used to kicking the weight up to my shoulders, rolling back, get my form ready and lift. He did it seamlessly with 150 in each hand. Strong but actually way stronger than you think.
his setup was impressive, I would’ve fell of the bench trying to kick them up, he just rolled into it.
I just row/curl both dumbbells
At same time
@@911ragdoll That won't work once you go real heavy.
@@edntz it works for me up to 90lbs dumbbells
@@edntz I don’t usually dumbbell press over that
Thank god he posted this to UA-cam. We all needed proof that he worked out even though no one ever asked for it
Damn, this guy is a BEAST!
It’s okay man, everybody has to start somewhere.
i like your style
You'd be a great coach :)
@@ctenmusiq1333 indeed.
His strength is insane given his size
Nah, his strength is insane period.
Don't you see the massive tris bro?
Thats fucking impressive for any size
One of those dumbbells weights more than me 🤯. The way I see it he’s literally benching two of me in each hand; what an absolute unit 💪🏻👑🔱
Bro thats insane mad respect
150 lbs = 68.039 kg which means that he is carrying more than two full cylinder's (used in Indian household purposes )on each arm 💪🏼. He is very very strong.
