What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video I am destroying the fallout 76 monsters my BUDGET Commando build! The weapon I am using is the Quad Handmade and Anti Armor The Fixer. In Fallout 76 this have been the best and my favorite commando builds, SO with that being said I decided to make definitive Budget Full Health commando build for it. In this Fallout 76 gameplay we review EVERYTHING! I show you my full Builds which includes all my Base stats, Legendary Perk Cards and Normal Perk card. I also go over the handmade and fixer its themselves with of course its mods. I personally think this is one of the strongest builds you can make in fallout 76 and it also stops anything in its tracks. Including the Scorch Beast Queen. @@RealJesseSmoke you're probably right, although nobody would have all that gear plus the full perk loadout at so low a level to have zero legendary perks. This channel is weird sometimes.
He’s not using legendary cards
Probably the fact that those rolls can be bought for caps, van ap 2 star is way cheaper possibly going for caps compared to over eaters or van 3 star which are trade only

That’s what makes it budgets , u don’t have to use legendary perk cards , although he does have decent rolls that would take a good amount of modules to get or decent amount of caps for trade
