( BTW, your VoiceOver, is Great! Shooting this video on the island of driftwood with your beautiful wife/model walking against the wind with her beautiful flowing dress...picture perfect! Your videos are always 1st class. Look forward to them. Brunswick Ga was a meeting point for my wife and I some 30 years ago. She was stationed in Myrtle Beach and I was I assigned in Tampa. We used to meet in Brunswick which was the halfway point. Good times.
Nice to see another mixed couple RVing. This is the only way my husband would have been able to get me to see America outside of a hotel or Resort. Getting there is awesome but going home takes forever, lol. Happy RVing and enjoy America!
In 1972 I was stationed at NAS Glynco which is now the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. As a young Marine I gathered a lot of great memories of Brunswick, St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. When we were lucky to get a 72 hr pass we'd sky down to J'ville for some fun
@@TollesonLife at the time the locals still hosted the debutant balls at some of the mansions that were the summer homes for East Coast "Aristocrats". They would tap some of us Marines to act as escorts for their young lady's coming out parties. Oh the sacrifices we made for God and country.
The driftwood beach at Jekyll island s great. The downtown area and campground om jekyll island are great too. The sea turtle rescue there is great we got to catch a Sea turtle release at the beach. It's a great island for biking around everywhere.
Nice video - thank you! We're heading to Jacksonville, FL this fall (hopefully unless Delta tells us different) and I really want to break up our travels with a stay in GA. The campground you showed and Driftwood Beach look like a great reason to leave home a few days early to take our time and explore.

Good video. Was there this past year and stayed at the Jekyell Island Campground. You got to do the Carriage Ride, see the Sea Turtle Center and rent a golf cart to travel around the island.

Coastal Georgia is a nice park. That was our northbound and southbound one night stop to and from Maryland to Florida. We moved to Florida permanently several years ago so the next time we go there it'l be for a long weekend so we can explore the area more. The only down I have is the roads are kind of narrow making it tight to get our rig and tow in and out. Doable but a little uncomfortable. By the way, thanks to you guys we've we have a reservation for Destin West RV resort this coming may. Hopefully we'll hook up some time and we can tell war stories. Until then, enjoy your journeys and thanks for posting!

I am building out a van box truck. I saw no build out rigs. I wonder if I'll have trouble at campgrounds even tho it will look just like a class C. Thanks for the tour.
Oh yes, we miss the convenience of access to the refrigerator, restroom etc.... with out having to stop (at least from a passenger stand point) everything has its pros and cons I guess.

@@TollesonLife we book the camp ground next weekend from the video y'all did. They used it as part of the ocean side community. They did some shots showing the trees. Not sure what the episodes were called or the numbers but it was the first if last season or the end of the one before

How do you guys like your Firmstrong bikes? I’m thinking of buying one but thought I would get your opinion first.
RevRider, we have throughly enjoyed those bikes. They are 7 speeds but could have easily gone with 3 speeds. We rarely get out of 3 gear.

Will never stay at Coastal GA Rv Resort. The customer service at the front desk is horrendous, worst I've ever seen at a campground.
