We are back with our next entry in the "HardShips" series - focusing on the Tier VII French Premium Campaign Battleship, Champagne! This ship really intrigues me - she only has six, sixteen inch guns, but they will surprise you with how much work you can get done over the course of a game if you have confidence in your main gunnery skills. She truly is the first deadly sniper battleship that we've seen in Legends. However, "balans" gives her woeful armor that requires you to be very patient and stay at range during your initial deployment. But you can use her surprising speed and good agility to strike into caps and enemy territory in the mid to later stages of a match! I am not seeing many folks playing Champagne in my games - let me know how she is doing for you, or if these tips help, in the comments below!
Great vid as always and this is definitely one of those higher skill ships, I will be sticking with my MA, IA and new GA (once I get it) as I need that bit of extra firepower and armor to compensate for my mistakes 😎
Thank you! Champagne is definitely not going to everyone’s cup of tea - if it’s okay saying that and mixing my European beverage metaphors! Georgia is looking awesome, too. I am also working toward her in a few weeks! Have a great one!
