Dream house? I suppose I could sketch the layout, add Colors, textures... and a fountain. A water fountain in the yard with koi fish. Dark Cobblestone driveway... Juniper trees. Along with a mountain range and massive lake nearby. And my neighbors' houses wouldn't be five feet away. More yard space. Finally, within a ten-mile radius I would like the mall or major shopping center. Best Buy included. Movie theater w/ IMAX. Tropical Smoothie Cafe and probably a Papa Johns. A Japanese Store would be nice because their tea taste the best. Feels like I'm missing a major detail, but I should write all of this down in a journal.

Dope to hear about your journey with your diet. Removing processed "food" and a lot of meat from my diet literally changed my life. Went from hypertension and diagnosed as pre-diabetic to having no issues in months. Plus, I never get sick anymore, where I used to suffer from seasonal allergies and would get sick at least 3 times a year. My diet now is nowhere near perfect, btw. On avg, my diet is about 90% whole foods plant-based, but that and daily exercise has me feeling better than I did in my 20s (turning 40 this year). Continue letting your the communication from your body be your guide. And I completely feel you on TikTok. lol 💯

15:06 Podcast guest ideas. Chris Do 😂, Stephanie Owen's, Liz from Survivor 46 she teaches email marketing and has a really quirky vibe. You've mentioned being a reality TV watcher, interviewing Podcasters who overlap with the reality TV niche could be fun for you. (RHAP's Below Deck hosts could have some interesting insights about managing a podcast schedule and a personal brand).
You could also interview reality TV contestants who work in digital marketing or social media management.
Former OG contestants in particular, instead of the show they can talk about business and marketing or content creation plus its might be fun for you.
Who knows RHAP might even invite you to cohost an episode of below deck. I don't know if you think this is silly but if you're looking for something fresh and exciting perhaps a fun crossover would be cool.

I did not have tiktok but recently downloaded it because I got engaged. I decided to only really use it for bride/wedding content because I didn't want to mess up my perfectly curated instagram of cats, cute animals, sustainability, musical, and burnout content lol. but this seems concerning 😵💫

@@thelatashajames I think so🤣 I have a small freelancing business and I'm conflicted about buying my first car. I live in SA, so the options are different and probably way more expensive than the US but I was wondering what people typically get as first cars.
I've been suspicious of Tik Tok for a while, so I never added it to my phone.
