I live in a house full of people who never put anything back where it belongs. Most days are spent relocating their stuff to their rooms.
I was doing that but got fed up. After multiple warnings I now have a huge woven hamper that I throw everything into. Tiny things (stickers, snacks, hair pins, etc) May get thrown in the trash. Anything not in its place or reasonably close is fair game. I also decluttered the dishes, towels, socks to bare minimums so they are starting to get the picture and put things up by themselves
I would be hiding that stuff like a little squirrel hiding its nuts. 😂🤣🐿

Everything looks so incredibly nice. You do such a great job at cleaning, organizing, decorating, mothering. I'm so happy to see that u have adjusted to the move. I kno that it was difficult. I could see the potential in your new house but I knew it would also break my heart to leave the new n beautiful home you had. Easier for me to see the potential bcuz I rent and only pray for the day we can own and upgrade. Just seeing your transformation emotionally is so satisfying for me...I truly cried with you and fervently prayed for you.
You mentioned that u weren't sure what we thought about your cleaning videos n I realized that I haven't written to even tell you my thoughts so I want to encourage you to keep doing the cleaning videos. Personally I have two favorite youtubers that clean and you're number 1!!!❤
I watched a clip a long time ago someone had holes to fill when decorating a home they had a few jobs to finish off they showed a selection of nozzles from cake decorating all size holes, syringe’s plastic medicine or craft ones that you cut to size, cake icing bags strong plastic bags where you cut the corners , with the icing bag they filled in grouting enough to fill the lines so all that was needed was a wipe along the line and not all on Dr the wall as usual no mess, as wood the use a cork gum but the syringe they did gaps and holes like you have with your wood panels no need for sanding extra off so good there all sorts that can be used give it a try x

Yes, but the cost to paint professionally is the same and redoing them and they are pretty badly warped and water damanged.

To stop things sliding around in the draws get a sponge noodle/ swimming float aid cut a piece to fit that slots at the back of your trays then they will not move x

Hi, if you decide to paint any high use /clean spaces in the future MAKE SURE YOU PRIME FIRST!!! Paint doesn’t have any adhesive properties so the primer prevents peeling, chipping, and lets you scrub/clean the surface later on. ❤

Maybe consider house rules. If it's on the floor it will go in trash. That could get boys in new mindset. Just keeping floors clear daily will make a difference.

I put out about 9 bags of garbage last week, 1 trash 🗑️ for papers and magazines and odd junk,1 trash can for food items,1 trash can for recycling stuff and anything that is bulky is broken down

if the safe in Emma's room is able to open, why don't you guys use it for her medication or Calpol etc. So that its locked away but if she is unwell its easy to grab, instead of going downstairs and coming back up.
