Most places I will visit once and say nothing to the owners and then if I like the food I will revisit to record a video. If I don't like the food at a place then; no return visit and no video.
A quick question, those pre-made base ingredients that they scooped in from the other room before adding the fresh chopped chillies/ginger etc, are they made in house or just tubs that they buy from whole sale for catering ?
If you're still in Bradford, I would recommend you to try out Kashmir restaurant. Looks average from the outside and has outdated decor inside, but it does the best curries by far in Bradford.

Boy - those guys don't mess around with the garlic!!! It's great to see them at work. You never see any women in these kitchens much though..
