I have my doubts with regards to the taste, especially with the addition of kasuri methi and garam masala in the start. But the way he cooked those 6 dishes in such a short time was amazing!
Gravy already made by chef. using spices and gravy with butter, cream and ghee within 5 minutes every receipe can make any one, becz i do like this. Gram masala and kasuri methi always sprinkle over the receipe for getting good smell of any vegetables.

You are right. But they use the pre made onion, tomato, mixed pastes for cooking in restaurants, because they have to serve the customers fast. While cooking the pre made paste/gravy, the spices in the ready-made pastes are cooked for a long time, and when someone orders it, they quickly cook it and add great spices and cook it for less time. And the temperature in which they cook is more than that at home, you can see by the size of the flame.

I still don’t understand. I have seen many videos of Indian restaurants, everybody makes the same mistake every time they pour the cream, they keep the ladle in between half of the cream go over the ladle, why don’t they simply move the ladle and pour the cream?
