As a Fluminense fan, it’s really cool to see our style of play being spread to so many people around the world. We haven’t been at our best recently because of injuries and a really tight schedule, but hopefully we’ll come back soon. Great video as always, keep up the good work bro 👊
As a Palmeiras fan, can 100% agree on how fun Fluminense has been to watch and the reality that the South American schedule is one that will put you through the grinder to the point where depth becomes key due to injuries and the scheduling of fixtures.
Unfortunately FM doesn't allow you to properly imitate this play style. You rarely see Fluminese attack through the middle. They over overload the wings and practically turn the wings into a 7v7 or 8v8side futsal match.
amazing how diniz is geting popular outside of brasil. I've been tring to replicate his style on Fm the whole year ,😄 its hard because there are no roles or instructions for somethings his team does, like the winger roaming to the other side (I would love to see an instruction to this added) or the midfielder playmaker 'huging the touchline' on both sides alternated (like ganso does a lot) but I got to somethings very similar to what you done, the double IWB, no BPD, also some combinations like, playing to the sides while very narrow obviouly with short passes, lots of roaming players (the advanced playmaker with roam from position works amazing) and either playing balanced/positive + high tempo or attacking + verry low tempo to make those 5-6 guys passing on the flanks until some of them gets a deep pass or an inversion or a drible
Amazing to see a tactic based on this style of play. Been trying to get something to work like this in my save, but didnt manage so far. Now I've tried this tactic. Great to see my team playing down the right flank without suffering on the left on the counters.
Hi there! Long time away from this channel because I didn't buy FM2023 and I haven't booted up FM2022 for quite a while, but I loved this guide! Very unique style. Glad to have had this reccomended. I'm planning to buy FM2024 and I'll be sure to try this out!
I suggest using full backs on support with the stay wider/cut inside with the ball instructions ticked. It translates better what Diniz is trying to achieve on his full backs.
My pleasure! There were some great analysis pieces for me to take from - I defo couldn't have put this system into words haha my only annoyance with the tactic is how eager they look for the AF - but equally, its so effective loool
Thank you RDF matey. Heard about this newish philosophy several months ago and what Diniz was doing in Fluminese. Delighted you have recreated it. It is the type of football I have pined for since the 90s and harks back to 50s 60s 70s (before my time) truly Yellow-shirt-blue-shorts football 👏🏾
I just tested the traditionel tactic with Barcelona on holiday all season and Araujo scored 25 goals in 32 games woaw. good tactic but you definitely need a lot of players that knows how to pass the ball with those player roles. Great work
Very thorough analysis. I notice you are trying to build through the middle. I think Diniz actually builds down the flanks. Maybe the regista should be a mezzala?
Hey bro, I'm playing on Ps. Unfortunately, I can't download the tactics, I put it as far as I watch from the video. You didn't mention the player instructions. Are there player instructions? Or without instructions? How can I access this information? I want to use away and away elite version as well. But I can't load it because I'm playing on PS.
I accidentally created a diniz-esque tactic in my current save. we rely heavily on attacking overloads and our wingers dropping deep during possession. even though I use WB-S on both sides they still will make the occasional underlapping run into the half space which is strange because I use 2 IWs
Beast Tactic. I´m trying this with US Palermo in Seria b in italy. It´s a blast. They´re expected to finish 6th, 11 games in: 10 wins 1 draw - 32-9 goals. My attacking forward Brunori did 5 hattricks already :D thanks for this mate
The game clips are there. I also post my game clips on Twitter too. I stopped playing games in videos because nobody watches that part and makes the videos 30mins long - which again, nobody watches it all. I add game clips during parts of the video what choices and why are the choices suspect?
Always mistrusted the "Holiday" tactic tests where you know the Ast. Man. is making changes but actually seeing that you only holiday to a game and then actually play it is good to see.
set free roam to all midfield and atacker players, be more expressive, have 2 playmakers role at defensive midfielder and wide attack player, dribble less, set narrow area, shortest passes as possible, lower tempo, turn off those gegenpressing and counterattack, reshape when out possesions, congest mid if attacked, high engagement for defense but low engagement for attackers, play ball to the box, shutoff crosses, more urgent pressing, and you got modern jogo bonito in football manager
You did say also 442, I dont see a 442 using this style of play in the folder? could you make that too please or at least give me some guidance on how to create it myself... thanks in advance
Hey Aaron, I have a question to you. I got worried at always keep the team 'Very Fluid' when I recreated my own relationism tactic, it works well apart one thing... The strikers aren't scoring enough goals. but now I saw this video and realised that this wasn't even mentioned and you are not worried about it, what the 'team fluidity' interferes on the match engine? Thanks
could this tactic work in the fm22 engine? being trying to recreate this style myself and just stumbled into this video but dont know if it will translate to the older game.
will it work for FM22? I really didn't play much since FM2015, and my last real long hauls was FM2010. I hope I can tinker a bit, to make this less efective also xD I feel like in new FMs it's really hard to create my own working (and fun) tactics, and most ready tactics are OP.
In my way, I play the fluminense tactics very more asymetricaly but not that narrow what I should prob do. However, even if it's obviously better in Fm to play counter I don't ask my players to play counter attack because I feel the fluminense tactics is way more a possession tactics. Am I right or should I reconsidered that ??
Hi, I´m thinking about playing with a 3rd english division team and i wanted to use a defensive and really physic tactic that dont concede goals. Which one do you think is the best?
diinizismo ? you must have quality players to do this, have great anticipations, determination, composure, decisions, Flair, technique and pass, these are main requirement to do dinizismo
Do you make organic tactics anymore without the crazy SUPER DUPER UNBEATABLE tactic ? you tactical breakdowns are dope but the titles are extremely hyperbolic and dont really happen in game
you're using those 'clickbait' words in every video you make. This FM you already made 200 unbeaten invincible, crazy, the best, tactics. How believable is that ?
Nonsense. His " tactic " is making Brazil national team embarrass itself with one of its worst years in history. Just shameful right now. Not that I'm complaining, my team Uruguay just gave them a beating a few days ago.
First i never take advice from players who is beginner and playing fm like super mario...first you must underestant roles perfectly,.etc what role is BTB?go box to box..and?

Literally just watched that video, my first thoughts were hoping for this very video low and behold here it is

Always good to see a tactic based on the team I support really nice video and tactic will definitely give this a try
