  • 4 INGREDIENTS Buckwheat Bread in 1 Hour!
    They are Gluten-Free, Vegan, No-Knead, Egg-Free, Dairy-Free, and Yeast-Free!
    New 4 INGREDIENTS Buckwheat Bread!!
Like the previous one, this buckwheat bread requires only 4 INGREDIENTS: RAW buckwheat groats, applesauce (or apple), baking powder, and salt!
But this time it takes less than 1 hour! (EXCEPT SOAKING TIME).
The only things you need to do is soak and drain the RAW buckwheat groats, blend them with applesauce (or apple), and add salt, and baking powder - about 10 mins.
You can add anything you want - like nuts or/and seeds etc.
Everything else is just soaking the raw buckwheat groats :)
This buckwheat bread is FREE FROM GLUTEN, EGG, DAIRY, and YEAST! Also, NO-KNEAD too.
It is easy to make, and super delicious.
Toast it and enjoy (or with vegan cream cheese)!
We made it with both applesauce and an apple.
    With applesauce; a lighter texture
With an apple; a bit denser
    But both taste amazing!
A blender or a food processor, either works well.
    INGREDIENTS (15cm x 9cm loaf)
    *1cup=240ml, 1Tbsp=15ml
    *No Substitution Suggestions Unless Specified.
    • 2 cups (appx. 360g) raw buckwheat groats
    • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (or 1 medium apple, cored, peeled, and diced)
    • 1 Tbsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp sea salt
    • (1-2 Tbsp water if needed)
For a Standard loaf pan, double the batch!
    INSTRUCTIONS
1: Soak the RAW buckwheat groats in water for 2-3 hours. (Make it easy for blending)
2: Drain and rinse the buckwheat groats. Add them with applesauce (or apple) into a blender or a food processor, and blend well. If your dough is too thick, add 1-2 Tbsp water.
3: Add baking powder and salt and blend for a few seconds until well incorporated.
Transfer to a loaf pan. Bake at 200˚C/390˚F for 30-40 mins (for standard loaf pan 60-70 mins), until a toothpick comes out clean.
4: Let cool in the pan.
Slice, TOAST (golden crunchy edge), and enjoy!

my entire life I've been afraid of baking, I never thought I could get it right, too complex, always would stuff up the ratios. This is sooo simple!!! it's really opened my mind to a whole new avenue of food preparation! I'm really really exited! I made my first loaf EVER last week 😂😆it got an 8/10 from the family! I was bitterly beaming from ear to ear, can't wait to experiment more! loaf's are such a great wholesome way to meal prep 💪for the week ^^. thankyou for this beautiful calm video and opening such an awesome window of possibility!!! really grateful - it's change the way I look at eating in my life

I made this bread today and it is delicious! I added a little stevia because I was afraid it would be bland without a little sweetener, and HONESTLY, I don't think the stevia was needed at all. This bread is really good and satisfying, and healthful!

I’m wishing and hoping you’ve had a safe and peaceful Easter Sunday surrounded by loved ones. We had chocolate eggs today, therefore…no cake, however, I would love to know which cake you baked for Easter?
We were also gifted with lots of dried apricots… do you have any recipes? I’ve already made Apricot Coconut Lemon Zest Balls and am thinking of a jam or marmalade or even a drizzle thick syrup as a topping?! Anyway I’m just about to watch this and it surprised me to see an upload!

In regards to the dried apricots, I use them instead of dates! Made carrot cake balls with dried apricots, loved it than the one with dates. But again it’s carrot cake… so should be something different!?😅
Or it goes well with goji berries! Made bars (or balls).

    Überzeugendes Tutorial, einfach herzustellende,
sehr leckere Brote. Vielen Dank fürs Bereitstellen
dieses wirklich feinen Rezeptes! - ZWEI kleine
Veränderungen und einige Hinweise dazu: 1) ich
bevorzuge habe konkrete Mengen (siehe unten).
was den Mixvorgang spürbar erleichtert. Ich
    habe in Silikonformen gebacken.
    Zutaten für 2 Brote:
    • 750g Bio-Buchweizen
    • 200ml (halbes Glas) Bio-Apfelmus, ungesüßt
    • 1,5 Packungen Bio-Weinstein-Backpulver
    • 1.5 TL Himalayasalz
    • (bei Bedarf 2-4 EL Wasser)
    • Sesam, geröstet, Leinsamen, ganz, sowohl
    im Teig als auch aufgestreut.
    ======================================
Compelling tutorial, easy to make, and
very tasty breads. Thank you for providing
this really fine recipe! - TWO small changes
and some hints: 1) i prefer having concrete
    amounts (see below).
    2) The baking time given in the video is far
too short for me, I baked the 2 loaves for 65
minutes, then they were done. - Suggestion:
instead of industrial baking soda I took
organic baking soda (does not stick to
the teeth, it is clearly healthier). First I
put the applesauce into the blender, then
the liquid is at the bottom, not at the top
and it's far easier to blend properly.
    I baked in silicone molds.
    Ingredients:
    • 750g organic buckwheat
    • 200ml (half a glass) organic applesauce, unsweetened
    • 1.5 packets of organic baking soda
    • 1.5 teaspoons Himalayan salt
    • (if necessary 2-4 tablespoons of water)
    • Sesame, toasted, flaxseed, whole, both
in the dough as well as sprinkled.

      UPUTE
1: Namočite SIROVU heljdinu krupicu u vodi 2-3 sata. (Olakšajte blendanje)
2: Heljdinu krupicu ocijediti i isprati.
Narežite, TAST (zlatno hrskavi rub) i uživajte!
