my entire life I've been afraid of baking, I never thought I could get it right, too complex, always would stuff up the ratios. This is sooo simple!!! it's really opened my mind to a whole new avenue of food preparation! I'm really really exited! I made my first loaf EVER last week 😂😆it got an 8/10 from the family! I was bitterly beaming from ear to ear, can't wait to experiment more! loaf's are such a great wholesome way to meal prep 💪for the week ^^. thankyou for this beautiful calm video and opening such an awesome window of possibility!!! really grateful - it's change the way I look at eating in my life
Hi! So glad to hear that!😊❤️ Thank you so much for trying the recipe and your warm feedback❤️ Hope you get 10/10 soon from your family, 8/10 is good enough though 😉
Congratulations, sounds so good! Can you tell me, as I don't understand above instructions, how long to bake and at what temp? For example: 350 oven for a small loaf pan 30 to 50 min or what??
@@LowKeyTable Hello. So, I tried this just now with my AMZCHEF Blender Smoothie Maker and with the 1/2 cup - or 170 grams - of apple sauce and the mixture was so thick that the machine seized up. It was certainly nowhere near as free running as your video. I measured 2 cups worth of the Buckwheat groats as well. Was just wondering, could you clarify in grams the amounts? This will possibly be the only type of bread that I can eat, assuming I can get it to work without burning out the machine. Maybe the machine you are using is more powerful? The AMZCHEF is 2000 W. Many thanks. It would actually be very helpful if all recipes were in internationally recognized weights and measures. 'Cups' aren't always so.
