I looooove Purple Carrot. I kept a bunch of the recipe books but had to cancel. Still make their delicious meals all the time. Their beet burger is AMAZING.

I've been wanting to.try Purple Carrot. Everything looks so good! I may try it soon. I used to play tennis and soccer in high school. People used to think tennis wasn't that physical...its definitely way more physical than it seems. Happy Easter! 💕🐇

i love me some pesto! looks absolutely delicious. I just made some beetroot hummus this morning and it was delicious! such a pretty color too, even tho I don't celebrate easter i guess the easter colors got to me cuz it was such a nice pink. I can send you a picture of it on Instagram if you want.

@@KimberlyFlanagan just sent a picture on Instagram! i got the recipe from this youtube channel called Refika's kitchen, a Turkish lady. Shes not vegan in any way shape or form but shes all about sustainability and has some good vegan recipes like hummus, tahini, and falafel!

I tried this service. It wasn’t terrible, but I personally didn’t love the meals. Also, it is VERY expensive! And then there’s the plastic issue. So much plastic. But still love your videos. It is nice to see an update on them to see how the meals have changed in case I ever decide to reactivate my account.

You make a great point about the plastic use... I totally remember that from before, I wish that was a bit better too! I will say though I totally re use the dressing/sauce containers they use for future packed salads!! But I agree! I hope in time they find a better way for packaging!
