Can you please make a practical video on how to first soak for 6 hours then sun dry and then make flour of millet and also Sir Said before making chapati from the flour you have to soak the floor again for 30-45 minutes. Most of the people are ok on how to make millet rice because we just need to soak and then boil that soaked water and then pour the millet and make gently But most of the people are confused on the ideal way of making millet flour and make chapati further.

Millets are to be soaked 6 hours and same water is to be used for cooking as it contains micronutrients. But how about soaking and then drying it for making flour? The flour will lose all micronutrients since we are throwing the water. will the flour contain same nutrients as the raw ones?

Do you recommend dry roasting the grains to remove this phtic acid.

I got all kinds of millets and mixed them into one container. Too late, but this is how I consume dal , mung in the mixed form. I feel mixing would give you a much robust nutritional profile rather than consuming it independently. Our bodies are interlinked that is why a balanced meal is necessary but I could be wrong.

He is suggesting not to mix for those who have a specific problem and want to clear it using millets. But for someone who is healthy and using millets as a precaution, i think we can mix them.
But instead of mixing, I prefer to eat one type of millet one week and another type the next week. And rotate the cycle every month with 4 or 5 different millets.

This information is new to me! 👍🏼
I have following questions and clarifications, please answer:
    1) The millet flour which I buy from market, after making the dough, it should be kept for 6-8 hours before using. Is this correct?
    2) If buying raw millets, it should be soaked for 6-8 hours then sun-dried and can be stored for 2-3 months. Is this correct?
    3) now while using this sun-dried millet, after refining in a mixer and making a dough, will it require again to be kept aside for sometime or can it be used instantly?

For make millet flour, if we soak it it loses its fibre content.. then what is the use of the flour..
And one more thing is if we grind the millet the fibre particle will b broken itself.. then why we soak it.. bcoz the purpose of soaking is to break the fibre means..
(I used millets past 4 four years.. i never soak it.. after seeing ur videos nowadays i used to soak.. )

If you grind peanut, does the properties of peanut lost? Each particle is having same properties nothing is broken here.
