I have that charging dock. Love it. So much less hassle to put on and put away the headset and controllers now. The magnets on the controllers make them snap into place even if they are not rotated correctly. Hey MRTV, got a question: Am I the only one who has pretty much stopped playing games on my Quest 3 and exclusively use it to play VR 180 3D videos on UA-cam instead? Every night I am in some new part of the world just experiencing the sights and sounds of being there.

I just use those cheap foam headshaped wig holders as my stand.
I use rechargeable AA batteries with my Quest 3 controllers and silicone grips with straps. I have a 10-foot cable connected as my charging cable.
This isn't working the way I want it to, the light turns green when I put my headset on and headset’s orange turns on. Whats up with that? Shouldn't they all be orange till they're fully charge?
I guess the only issue is it won't work if you have covers for your controllers ?
Wow I just looked at the Amazon link and it's a lot less expensive than I expected. No brainer. They're going to sell a ton of these.

It looks great, I have a charger from another company. I noticed they all use the same AA batteries. The weakness on my current device is the lack of a rear support, so i have to fiddle with it to get it to charge due to my aftermarket headstrap. So annoying. Not so with the prism. My only thing is I get a toilet vibe from the prism, round white bowl😂 Still I want one!

Like so many, the controller grip issue means it’s a no for me. If they had a way to still charge and not have to bother with all the taking off and putting grips back on, It would be a win. 😢l

I have had this charging dock for 2 months now via Amazon. I use silicone grips which I take off to charge the controllers and put on each time I use my Quest 3. This works well for me but the controllers never show above 90% charged but do last for a long time, several hours. I love this charger and got rid of all my other ones.
how long do the controllers last charged compared to regular batteries? Im hoping i wouldnt have to charge every day . I have magnetic grips but have a strap going around it which rather not have to take on and off all the time
@x.link.3d808 I use mine for about 2 hours each session and the Quest shows the batteries are usually down to about 80%, sometimes 70%. It is weird how Meta only shows the charge in 10% increments. But I am not a heavy gamer, mostly Supernatural in mixed reality mode. I do place the headset and controllers back in the cradle after each use.
Just canceled my straps since most controller straps aren't compatible with charging docks. I'll be getting this dock for sure 😊😊
@@theunknownyoutubeguy3821 you won't be disappointed! A truly great charging dock. I slip on my silicone grips each time I use it and then take them off to put my controllers & headset back in the dock.
