Great video! You are a brave man to do that solo though all that water and mud, but then again you are on a Can Am! I have the 2021 Outlander 850 Max XT. It is a beast. I wish I had an area to ride like you do.
Great video enjoyed that...It looks like the fenders do a good job of not throwing to much mud or water all over itself, you were through some pretty good holes...
Done this run myself. Boy the water level sure does change at Soldier Lake. Sometimes you go back there and some of where you rode would be under water. Good thing about the water holes back there is they have pretty solid bottoms from being all rock.
Hi Off-roaddude. My original plan was to get the XTP. But the pandemic was just starting and the dealer couldn't find me an XTP anywhere. So 3 months later I ended up getting the XT instead. Appreciate the comment.
@@TODDATVOffRoad surprisingly it comes next month but the chip(s) don't arrive until January for it lol. Hoping nothing gets delayed but I won't be shocked.
To tell you the truth. I don’t pay much attention to it. Most of the time I have the radio going. Between listening to the radio and concentrating on the trails. I couldn’t tell you what the exhaust is doing.. All I know is.. it will bark on command.. lol
Love thr video. In the market to get a new atv. Owned a 2011 outlander 650 max in the past. Aiming for an 850 this time. In your opinion are the upgraded shocks worth it? Im thinking yes because I run fox qs3's on my mxz 850. A good upgrade but I expect a bigger difference from a sled to an atv. My 650 was always so soft. Came with a lower teir shock than my sled. Anyway any input would be appreciated. Thanks, And im subscribing
First thing I noticed. With the old shocks, the bike use to nose dive into the corners. With the Elkas, we have eliminated the nose dive. Nose stays up and the ass comes around. As far as comfort goes. I have nothing to compare it to. This is my first atv. Are they worth the $$$ (don't know ) Would I get them again.. YES.. Hope this helps and thank you for subscribing.👍👍👍
It took about 2 months but I’m finally going to go pick my 850 outlander xt max up tomorrow. Your videos have me so pumped about riding!
I have to ask. Has it been two months in the shop ?? I always look forward to getting out.. 👍
I have a 2019 can-am outlander max xt 850 and love it 😍
@@Mossman4u2 I have had a ball on mine since I finally got it home. The power on these things are crazy! I’ve always owned Hondas in the past.
Nice.. I’m liking mine. It’s treated me pretty good so far. ( knock on wood ) lol
You only waited 2 months? lol ordered my 850 XT MAX end of Feb and im still waiting. They did promise me June though!

Hi there. We are fortunate to have so many different areas to ride in.
I had no idea there was a dam back there. I'll have to go check it out sometime - hell, maybe even tomorrow lol.
lol.. neither did I until someone told me about it. Last time I was there. The water level was much higher..

Hello.. Unfortunately I’ve changed tires since that video. Now I get wet a lot more.. 🤣

Hi.. yeah the last time I was back there the water level was a lot higher. I almost thought about riding out to the island. 🤣
man. I need a location like this to ride so bad. I've been wanting a 1000 renegade x xc so bad I can taste it. In time...
I kinda like those XXC’s. My first choice was an XTP but I didn’t want to wait months to get one.. 😂
i picked the 2024 base model my dealer didn't have this 1 available wish i had those wheels😑love the content 🤙

@@TODDATVOffRoad my first Can Am and my first new bike in 12 years. Definitely looking forward to it!
Nice vid I have a 850xt too probably gonna buy the exhaust soon.
Anything is better than stock exhaust..👍
@@TODDATVOffRoad you find the exhaust drones during trail riding (steady throttle/speed)?

Nice intro!👍 I thought you were going to jump the bike by the dam... LOL
Haha… big boys can’t jump.. 🤣🤣🤣
How has this unit help up ? I’m looking at picking up a 18 outlander 850xt with 3100 miles on it in the next few days is why I ask lol
Hi Bryan.. So far so good considering what I put it through.. lol
