In Switzerland we have snow chains (quite expensive for 2 of them) and installation in 1 minute each and they are wonderful on ice and snow, very reliable and secured.

Not a lots of camping I think you guys like to carry big boxes with wheels in the forest get into trouble you would maybe one day make more videos of camping not pulling your coffin sleepers.
