Careful with the copy+paste when/if you attempt to duplicate an interchange. If you built it on flat ground, copied, then attempt to paste onto hilly ground, your nodes will be all over the place. Your best bet is to paste the new one on flat ground, then drag the whole works into position.Love the Tutorial vids, btw. It's always interesting to see how others manipulate this game.
u should see how PHTN manipulate road to build hydroelectric it's crazy

Well hell...I thought I tried it both ways and it still ended up all wonky. Hand making 4 layer stack interchanges takes a while. I might have to experiment again.

I just yesterday got back into playing Cities: Skylines after having stopped playing in 2018 and was frustrated by how less functional and intuitive the controls were than I remembered. I had completely forgotten that the functionality I had grown accustomed to was thanks to these mods and wasn't part of the base game.
I suppose the sign of a great mod is when it seems so integral to the game itself that you forget it's a mod at all.
Not sure you will even get this considering how late I am to the conversation but here goes. I am only 4 minutes in and while I am enjoying your video, I have twice heard you say to hold the out key. Not sure if I am miss understanding you or if I am confusing terms but it seems important to understand.

Last time I played, you couldn't ctrl+z if you deleted something
I couldn't find anything online on how to raise or lower assets (sunken landfills) but then found your Move-it - Align Rotation Mods video (2018).
You said to raise or lower something select the item (sunken landfill), select the "Align Height" icon and pick an item (road) at the correct level, where it should move to but it doesn't.
Btw - how do I get rid of a tall spike of terrine? ;-)
After watching (at 3:30), pause, back up, repeat this video several times I believe I've found how to do it but practice will be required. ;-)
I also was sum-what able to remove the "spike(s)".
So I used move it! for a while now but suddenly I can't rotate objects. Can someone help? Holding right-click and dragging does nothing. As well as the keyboard shortcut for rotating..
As with all the mods, everything gets updates, check the mod description how it currently works.
how do you raise roads / buildings?

My problem with this mod is that I'm unable to change the height of props (like cars or signs) I have props selected but still nothing happens when I press page up or page down... Can someone help me out?

Hi, for my ‘align height’ tool, after selecting the item I intend to duplicate, a white circle doesn’t come up, just the generic blue one. It has just started doing this and used to work fine. Any ideas?

How do I remove the blue overlay when I click on a building or road?
every time i move a house or something as soon as i un pause the game it gets demolished? any solutions please im new to the game
It's because you can't move houses that were built on their own in the zoned area. Mods are needed for that, Plop the Growables I think, but be prepared that it significantly changes how the game works. Move It is best used only for roads if you don't want to alter your game too much with mods.
been searching for hours, all i want to do is move and alter the height of an overpass. cant find a single video to help with this basic alteration
the Align Rotation Alt+A doesnt work for me in Move it...
Shortcuts now need to be set in the mod's settings.
So much wall props downloaded for... nothing!!! My friend, i can't see any vertical Alt+PgUp in my laptop. Only horizontal movements too. I am disapointed!!! Any solution that remains???
So you can copy/paste buildings and expand roads without paying anything?? No no no. Other than that, it is a amazing tool that help a lot.

When I use Move It! It causes a lot of red vehicles to spawn without any owners. Anyone know how to fix it?

Can you change the elevation of roads with it? I have been trying so hard to figure it out but neh neh
Select the nodes in the road, then press the page up/down keys. Also you can align to other objects using align height from menu.
@@roqsteady5290 I have tried that but is not working page up and down won't do a thing 😕😕
@@V34035 make sure you didn’t assign those keys to something else and check mod options too.
@@roqsteady5290 still not working. I try to change it to others keys but noting happened (btw I am using Epic games version so maybe it is because of it)

It's the option in "Snap to:" window, you can see it in the lower left corner at 11:49, it's opened by the buttom below it.
