Ma I asked a question before of me running a test and it shows positive then after seeing my menses in this month of Aug and I run a test again and it shows negative during my menses I was also seeing clut blood now am lower abdominal pain, waist pain and also feeling cold even in hot weather I will still be feeling cold and am running high temperature too. Pls ma what could that be?

Hi Nosa, i have 26 days cycle...on 12 th day i tested my LH level it was 0.66.. but in premom app was showing peak fertility..according to premom app 13th day was my ovalation day..next day it was showing very less 0.32..please clarify is ovulation is already occured before itself?
Hello. The Premom app was right. When you get a peak, it means your Luteinizing hormone is very high (at it’s peak) and in the next 12 or 24 or 48 hours your ovaries will be releasing an egg (ovulation). Don’t be confused about the numbers. Even if you got a 0.32 you could still be ovulating. What’s more important is you got a peak, so ovulation is imminent.

Paracetamol is not harmful in pregnancy just make sure your doctor gave it to your for a reason.

After your peak and your ovulation, luteinizing hormone levels will start to drop and the numbers in your test trips will drop as well.
