Beautiful locs, thanks for sharing. I've been looking for a video like this with retwist versus interlocking. Many small loc vids are interlocked. With my fine 4C hair I'm a little worried plus I don't know if I want to take on that maintenance of interlocking. I think if I do small locs and twist I might be okay.
Hey 👋🏾. I actually interlock it like 3 weeks ago , but I don’t do it all the way to my scalp ( not to tight ) . I like it to be thick and natural looking so it stays thick with barely any tension on my scalp . The free hair that is left out after I interlock it , I just casually wrap it around the loc . No product, only a little shea butter 🧈 on my fingers while going through my hair .
Hey 👋🏾 I have 290 locs . And my first retwist was after 4 months. I tend to retwist my hair every 4 months . Lol once I feel that they are connecting. But I don’t really even style my hair . I just leave it out to grow and flourish

Yes 🙌🏽 😊I did also because I have a big For head 😅. I needed some type of style lol. And wearing it that way helped my edges to grow in more .
