December 20,2023 my friend gave me two strand twist and I'm officially starting my journey. It's so hard not doing anything to it. Keeping my hands out of it is a struggle

@11:37 wait, huh... I'm confused. How does ur hair actually loc if u take the ends out like that??? I'm 2 weeks into my loc journey & I opted for double strand twists too. My natural hair is shoulder length so it's long but the twists are super thin & stringy. I was gonna take it out & do the palm roll method instead bcuz I was thinking it wouldn't look right over time but urs look nice. I love seeing all ur different transition pics ❤😊❤
DON'T take it out! I promise your hair WILL loc and flourish, just leave it alone. As far as the curly ends they are out, but the hair doesn't unravel

Loose Natural since 2011. Currently w my waist length 4c hair in natural box braids. Cozied up to the idea of locing over the last few years...this video with all the info & comparison pics did it for me & pushed me over the edge. Gonna go for it soon. ty

Nice locs!😍 I'm trusting, girl. I'm trusting. I'm in the "babyloc" stage. Just passed the 2 month mark. And, I've experience a little unraveling, and slippage, which is a bit unnerving. I had, NONE, @ my first retie!!! My loctician said that I'd likely experience some before my second retie, but, still.😵 Anyway. Congratulations on reaching YEAR 1 of !

My hair is almost bra strap but babyyyy when my hair is wet, it's on my shoulder lol You're by far my favorite. One question: Can I keep my curly ends?
You can have an extension .I did mine with permanent extension, and it's full

Started my two strand twists on January 15th I’m excited to see what they look like in a year. My natural hair is already thick and she did my parts neat and small which I was pleased. Yours look beautiful! 😍

This is my perfect length for locs. I plan to trim mine to keep them around this length. It’s just such a flattering length and the styles really pop at this length. Love the lipsticks!

132 locs. Yes you can loc it from 2 strand twists!
