I had been waiting all day for M3. I'm glad the little hawk finally fledged! This Cornell Live Cam has provided hours of joy for me and has also been a wonderful aid for stress relief. Watching these chicks grow up with the excellent parenting of Big Red and Arthur has truly been inspiring. Dear Cornell Lab Bird Cams, I have been enthusiastically watching the red-tailed hawk babies for several years now, it was so beautiful to see the youngest finally fledge and reunite with his/her siblings. Thank you so much for running these live cams, they certainly capture priceless moments in nature. I have this burning question for you and hope to hear back if it's possible. I noticed this year bird banding was not done on the babies, any particular reason??.... Thank you!
Goodness, this made me emotional! Was always a bit worried about M3. Well done little one! So cool all the kids are together! Well done babies, parent hawks and Cornell for sharing this wonderful journey from the beginning. First time on this channel and have enjoyed this immensely.
