Yeah, we struggled a bit with setting up the fork. A bit much brake dive. Ideally I would have removed a token and increased air pressure. But the 180mm version comes token-less. We kept experimenting with small adjustments of air pressure and were happy with it in the end.
Hi there and thanks for the review! I strongly consider this bike but I would like to know more about battery durability. How much time did it last? Is it felt like depleting too fast? Can you spend entire day riding with just one battery?
The 500 Wh is not enough for all day riding. But an advantage of the 500 Wh battery is it will easily fit a backpack, so you can bring a second battery. 1000 Wh in total can be considered close to lasting all day, depending on what you mean by riding an entire day. This bike is more suited for shuttling and descending, not exploring and touring.
@@EMTBVideos thank you for this information! Probably I will search for something more universal. This one is with downhill geometry and small battery and honestly I am not sure I really like it. Unfortunately Canyon decided to make Spectral :ON too expensive.
@@finroddd Last time I heard, the slightly cheaper Spectral:On CF frames is supposed to be released sometime in May. Then there's the cheaper Neuron:On. I haven't ridden the latest version, but it seems to be a fine bike for less agressive all mountain riding. If you want a reasonably capable bike, then the upcoming Neuron:On 8 with a Fox 34 fork, or the upcoming 9 with a Pike looks fine. Not sure when they are available though.
@@EMTBVideos thank you for this information. Neuron:ON is not for me but Spectral:On CF looks interesting. They promise price as for aluminum frame - sound good but let's wait and see. Meanwhile I am looking at Centurion No Pogo E R2600i, model 2021. Are you familiar with that bike?
@@finroddd Never seen a Centurion bike, unfortunately. The Merida eOne-Sixty is relatively similar to the Spectral:On, and it can be had with an aluminium frame and up to 750 Wh battery, like the eOne-Sixty 775 and 975. Not very lightweight though.
Definitely the most reliably unbiased and informative reviewers of e-bikes on UA-cam. Thanks.
Thanks, that's what I'm aiming for. Happy to hear that.
Great review! No bullshit talking and clearly pointing out the pros and cons. 👍🏼
Thanks, nice to hear!
Na du Würstchen, nur Bullshit geschrieben und klar auf den Punkt gebracht, dass du von Videos und Rädern keine Ahnung hast
Great review, I like that you test entry level bikes👏👏. I was just wondering about the Zeb R, I heard it's bottoming out easily?

Thanks for the great insights👏.
How long did the battery last?

Jeg turte ikke og kjøpe Levo/kenevo pga alt trøbbelet. Ikke bare motoren men også innfestningen. Dyrt og dårlig😱😁
With 27.5 and that geometry this ebike is for certain trails
which kind of trails?
Have you tried a Kindernay hub with one of the ebikes you ride?
I've currently borrowing a full suspension emtb with the Kindernay VII ! I don't believe the review will be finished until next year.
Looks like my decoy..
