Hey Anna, is the flour measurement (262g) correct? My batter was very wet. I compared it with the other blueberry muffin recipes of yours, with the other ingredients having similar volume, and it calls for a lot more flour (on top of that, we're supposed to remove 75g of it to make the strusel). Only when I added more flour to it (+112g more) did it become more more like a muffin batter.
Is your “tech” able to add a “print” feature so we can easily print the recipes ? Thank you and love that you are doing these live channels . Miss your tv show.

You've said previously I think that wholemeal flour can be substituted for about half of the flour content, but for this recipe would you recommend a type of sugar, ie raw or light brown, perhaps? Many thanks. I would certainly appreciate more wholemeal recipes.

You can generally replace all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour up to 50% without compromising the texture of the end result. It's OK to replace 100% whole wheat flour in a recipe like this, but you may find the muffin is a little more dense (but still tender and tasty).

Noted! I think using coconut palm sugar is good option, or raw turbinado sugar.

I used regular bake (no convection) for these muffins so that the streusel wouldn't over-brown.
