@@munecito You mean 10A. Amps is current draw. Ah is capacity. So if used for 1hr that would be 10Ah of capacity used. For 3.5hr it’d use around 35Ah (if it was 10A continuous draw) good to know if you have say a 100Ah battery. However once it’s up to temp the thermostat will switch it on and off so it’ll use 10A while on and 0 while off meaning it’ll use around 5Ah for every hour it’s on. That said 3.5hr usage will likely use around 15-20Ah. (It’ll run all day off a decent solar panel with full sun).
Power draw is a little over 10 amps. The oven will take from between 30 - 45 minutes to get up to 180 depending on the ambient temperature. Once up to temp the duty cycle is around 50-50. Theses figure are all rough because it will depend on a few different factors. Eg: if you had the unit installed say in a shelf system where it is surround and well insulated the duty cycle will be less then sitting out on a bench in the cold. Hope this helps.
I just bought the oven prior to a trip to Fraser Island and wish I had seen this before I went. Please bring on more cooking videos.
14:05. Sneaky F-bomb. LOL
I definitely want to see more cooking videos. This was excellent.
Thanks Matt. Due to the great responses we will definitely put together some more.

Could I hook this up to your solar panels using the Anderson connectors?

nice job mate, but pull the membrane off the back of the ribs..they will be way nicer ;-)
Thanks for that, I forgot to mention that I had my butcher do that for me :)
Does it get up to temp ,180 deg and what power does it draw , are the leads Anderson or alligator clamps
Anderson. They use about 10ah
