I have found that cameras never truly capture the colors/glow of the rocks. It's just something you have to go see yourself. It's so stunning. Great video!
I’m planning a desert roadtrip for next year, and it’s nice to see these destinations that are off the beaten path a bit. I might mix some of them into the main itinerary of the big national parks! Thanks for the inspiration!
I have never in several years of watching you guys seen terror in Adams face. I’ve seen excitement, I’ve seen concern, I’ve seen so many emotions. Never have I seen terror. I felt like I was on the 4x4 tour with you guys. Change your shorts and onto the next one. Absolutely amazing adventure! As always can’t wait to see what is next.
Ok y'all knocked it out of the park with this one! So much beautiful scenery and activities. That region is just so magical and you documented everything perfectly!
There is always so much thought and care and work that goes into creating these beautiful videos. You guys are something special. From someone who hasn't ventured away from Northwest Washington in over 10 years, southern Utah is also something very special.
As someone who grew up in the southwest. And lived southern Utah for a little while. It’s so refreshing to see y’all see more of Utah! I miss it there ❤ great video!
Moab is my favorite place in Utah! I think I said more “Oh my gosh” phrases than Katherine when we did hells revenge 🤣🤣. We can’t get enough of Utah! ❤ Great video!
I love Utah, my favourite State of the Four Corners. I visited for the first time in 1989, when Moab was a sleepy slickrock town with great character. I've camped in my tent at Slickrock Campground several times, on the North side of town. There's so much to explore in this whole area, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, off roading. Can't get enough. Sadly, Moab has grown, its too commercial, lost its character, thats progress ? Goblin Valley has a slot loop, Wild Horse and Bell, its a really fun hike too ! Love you guys, your enthusiasm is infectious,so look forward to your postings. Oldtimer Englishman reliving past adventures with you now.
Unfortunately you’re right. Eventually places like Moab and Sedona will be super developed and the ultra wealthy will buy up the land or develop it. It’s sad. It’s land that should remain empty, wild and free forever. But people need their trendy coffee shops, gas stations and restaurants, apartments etc
@@NW918 But do they ? Or are these things imposed, just to make money? I can remember so many towns that have suffered the same fate, within the Southwest.

Totally agree with both of you about Moab. It's a bummer how commericalized it has become. It's unfortunate, but it's just the way it is. We did Little Wild Horse and Bell Canyon in this video. It was amazing! Thanks for watching, Martin!

Great video absolutely beautiful camera work , you guys should do a series on hwy 395 in California, it runs just outside of Yosemite and Mt Whitney and ends in Lake Tahoe so much beauty in the Sierra Nevada mountains
I remember when we drove through the Hanksville area in 2022 and were amazed by the beauty of Factory Butte and its surroundings. Unfortunately, we didn't have a 4x4 vehicle to visit the Moonscape Overlook and Long Dong Silver. Highway 12 was amazing.
I watched this video with my husband a few weeks ago. It was totally enjoyable. Been to most of these areas but I made some notes on the hikes you did in Moab because I’m sure we’ll be back to Moab sometime; it’s a favorite. Really enjoyed your excitement on the 4 x 4’s; we’ve just done the easy to moderate jeep trails. I think we would enjoy that tour. All of Southern Utah is a special and enjoyable place. We’ve been to the Mars Research area and never saw anyone else - felt like we were on another planet! Great job on sharing the adventures and experiences of S. UT!

Stunning episode! Just speechless. I counted the number of times Kathryn said “ oh my gosh”😂😂. Hats off to you guys for doing things out of your comfort zone. Very impressive.
Completely agree about Southern Utah's scenery. My friend and I did a big Road Trip through Arizona, Utah, and a side quest to Colorado for Mesa Verde NP. The scenic drives through Southern Utah were incredible and the Grand-Staircase drive will always stick out to me. The Bentonite Hills look so cool, they remind me a little of the Painted Desert area near Petrified Forest NP but on a much grander scale.

We mountain bike and hike most of the time, but so enjoyed the Hell's Revenge segment, so oh my gosh, we reserved a day with the off road company today. Can't wait.
Kodachrome State park is awesome. We spent 3 days there. The hikes were epic. The shower luxurious and there was ice cream at the visitor center. My perfect place.
Thank you thank you for another epic video, and I must say this is definitely one of your BEST! Kathryn, please tell me what shoes you are wearing...those look really comfy and versatile! Take care you guys and keep up the awesome work!!
Funny timing! Exactly 2 years ago, we were sleeping on the La Sal moutain range, high in the forest area. The day before, we were sleeping somewhere on dirt roads next to the Colorado scenic road :D This place of the US is so magical, and we can't wait to travel to North America again to see these landscapes another time. So many outdoor adventures to experience there, and as you say, many gems outside of the NP with less crowds. Thanks for sharing, A+K!
I am realizing I missed you by less that a week in Utah. I did both Little Wild Horse-Bell Loop and Miss Gelato (White Chocolate Raspberry) this visit. I've done Kodachrome, Red Canyon, and Snow Canyon previously. I just can't get enough of southern Utah. Also did Upper Muley Twist, Cathedral Valley, Goblin's Lair, Mill Creek, Druid Arch, and Natural Bridges Loop and that's not counting the good food.
I love watching you guys explore lesser seen areas of the US! The national parks are amazing, but there's a big beautiful country outside of national park boundaries too! I would love to see you guys visit Missouri again, I'm definitely biased but it's definitely underrated
We love the NPs, but you're so right! There is so many other great spots to see! We were pleasantly surprised by Missouri! We'd love to return one day!
I think this is my favorite video from you guys to date! The drone shots were amazing, the locations were amazing (definitely adding them to my travel list) and the drone shots were super cool too! My favorite was when you were lying down and the drone took off above you.

Loads of info and scenery in this one! We also travel with our dog and go to places that are pet friendly, and sometimes we have to skip the museums and indoor tours. Yes you guys did the scenic byway!! One of my favorite drives ever as well and we got on it by mistake missing our turn off in the La Sal Mountains for Warner Lake so we did a huge hour loop back taking that byway and so glad we did!

The beginning of that 4x4 adventure is a big nope for me! Great job driving, Adam! Outstanding copiloting and commentary, Kathryn! “You just can’t look down, because down is death” 💀🤣
Wow! That 4x4 ride. Watching your video is the only way I would be able to experience it. My vertigo makes adventures like that too far out of my comfort zone. Great driving, Adam.
Oh my goodness!!! I love the footage you provided here! I especially love the Bentonville Hills footage ... the drone footage reminds me of agate slaps ... it is sooo pretty. I am adding southern Utah in my bucket list. I would love to see it in real life! And the food, oh my! You are making me hungry!! LOL ... love you both! Love how you share your journey with us! So looking forward to your videos when it comes out!
Spectacular video. I my opinion one of your best. The images were crystal clear and the constantly changing landscapes were mind blowing. Kona looked like a pro going through the slot canyon and loved when he was rolling around in the sand.😍
This video took me so long to watch because I kept pausing to add things to my Utah list- t I really appreciate all your work in selecting the coolest places and then filming about them! It makes trip planning easier to go off your recommendations 😁 Also, the 4x4 part of the video was AMAZING!!
Another great video with epic footage of places we haven't seen before. Some of those places looked like they were fake but we know mother nature can do anything. Thanks so much for sharing.
Was just there this weekend as I try to get in one to two trips a year from Boulder, CO. And, SO many other places to see, hike, MTB (sorry)than just the NP's! and, the colors in the morning and evening...
We visited most of those places last fall(2023) moonscape was my favorite. So many Epic spots! You should put Moki Dugway and Muley Point on your bucket list for your next visit! We spent 3 weeks in Utah and didn’t make a dent in it. So Much Beauty! My husband did a drone video of me driving our rig thru those arches in the Red Canyon.
So much to see and do out there! We made a video at Moki Dugway and Muley Point a few years ago. Super cool spot! Thanks for watching! I bet that shot was great!
Thanks for all the good info for Utah visits. We just got back today from a week in Moab & Bryce National Park. Moab area was our favorite . We drove down Shafer trail very very cool experience. Met some nice people at different overlooks who have been to these parks more than 10 x . Some on their motorcycles others in camper vans. Can't wait to go again ,there's so many trails to go explore.
Love love love!!! We moved to Utah last June and have been to southern Utah twice. We absolutely love that area. Thank you so much for the awesome recommendations. Did you all do this trip in early May?
I cannot believe y'all crawled into those small spaces. I'm loving these videos, happy you're exploring the West again. (Don't forget about East Glacier!) 😊
I love all your videos!! We've copied your itineraries and never regretted it!! You should check out the Shawnee National Forest sometime! It's so gorgeous!!
Great video! River road is one of my favorite roads to drive on. There is a natural spring where you can fill up for water as you enter River Road. Sandy beach is a great place to have lunch, and one of the best places to learn to roll on a kayak. Thanks for putting a lot of thoughts and research in your videos. If you guys do come back, look into Coyote Gulch. I think you guys would really enjoy that hike:)
So much to see out there! We’d love to do Coyote Gulch but we’d have to board Kona and we try to limit it. It’s been on our list for a long time! That spring water is clutch! Wish we had a way to get it into our tanks. We have to fill with a hose Thanks for watching!
This is my first video to watch from you. Very nice that you explored some of the lesser known places (at least to the non-Utah dwellers). It seems you hike with your pup a lot so maybe you know this, but do you ever put boots on her? The sand, sandstone rocks, and especially the lava can burn and tear their pads up. She's a lucky girl to be able to go with you!
She's hiked hundreds (maybe thousands) of miles in 49 states and many Canadian provinces and territories with no pad issues yet other than once or twice. We always keep an eye on her health! Thanks and thanks for watching!

Wow! That 4x4 ride. Watching your video is the only way I would be able to experience it. My vertigo makes adventures like that too far out of my comfort zone.
Great driving, Adam.
We're glad we could share!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Spectacular video. I my opinion one of your best. The images were crystal clear and the constantly changing landscapes were mind blowing. Kona looked like a pro going through the slot canyon and loved when he was rolling around in the sand.😍
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing this! Southern Utah sure looks like an awesome place to visit.
I like ditching the crowds....awesome trip. Happy Trails 🐕
Amazing drone footage!! Great episode
Thank you!
This video took me so long to watch because I kept pausing to add things to my Utah list- t
I really appreciate all your work in selecting the coolest places and then filming about them! It makes trip planning easier to go off your recommendations 😁
Also, the 4x4 part of the video was AMAZING!!
That's awesome! Be sure to check out the google map in the description. We have everything we did pinned!
Thank you for watching! ❤
Amazing video!! You guys are my favorite!
What’s the song at 18:46? I love it
I miss Moab! We were there last summer. Will need to go back again! Thanks for the beautiful video.
loved the video and appreciate all your hard work. happy to see your channel growing. so deserved.
Another great video with epic footage of places we haven't seen before. Some of those places looked like they were fake but we know mother nature can do anything. Thanks so much for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Muley Point is such an incredible overnight spot. The views blew my mind away 2 years ago
Stunning video and thanks for sharing these lesser known places! Can’t wait to explore more of Utah!!
Ohhh your on the bikes too...WOW...
That's cool!
I can’t wait to go back to Utah!! I pass through there frequently in an 18 wheeler and I’ll make sure to vlog my next journey there!
Absolutely love your content! 🩷 🌍✨
I love when you get to take Kona! ... definitely a majestic state!
Great adventure , stunning scenery !! You are so fortunate to be there . Thanks for sharing .
wow the sights are amazing. We need yet another trip to Moab!
What awesome photos…thanks!! Love the video
We'd love to do the Shafer Trail some time! Need a more capable vehicle though. So much to do there, you could never be bored!
yahoo a sponsor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! way to go
Boy, that was some adventure, stay safe ...
Amazing journey and scenery..this is the best!
I love you guys are using those bikes. Gravel bikes are the Swiss Army knives of bikes. You can ride them anywhere.
We LOVE our bikes!
❤❤❤❤ thank you so much
Wow ! one of your best videos, the editing is excellent
Love love love!!! We moved to Utah last June and have been to southern Utah twice. We absolutely love that area. Thank you so much for the awesome recommendations. Did you all do this trip in early May?
This was in mid April. Thanks and thanks for watching!
That’s awesome to hear! Thank you for watching!
The Hogback...
Amazing!
Hi Adam, Kathryn. Thank you for the great video! We also just did a trip to Utah with our dog as well. Keep up the good work on your videos!
Awesome! Thank you!
I have the same hells revenge sunset tour booked in 3 weeks. Looks great!
Awesome! Have fun!
What a beautiful part of the US. Enjoyed the video emensly.
We have to fill with a hose
Thanks for watching!
Love the video. We’re actually going to be checking out Hanksville, Capital Reef, and on down thru Escalante next week.
Awesome! We hope you have a great time!
❤️ Southern Utah. Red rocks rock!
Heck yeah!
@@AdventuresofAplusK I'm glad she gets such a great life with you. She is living the ultimate adventure life for dogs!
