You missed the part disconecting the cowle electronics and forgot to say that a dissabled person may not be able to lift the batteries this is important.

It all depends on the size of the battery and if its kept indoors or not because the weather can impact as well

My charger has an amp meter. When the amps drops down to zero, it usually means it's charged.
