My biggest lesson these past months (or maybe my whole life) has been that yes, I really do not have to mask who I am, what I feel, what I think and what I want. I can speak out loud about my experience and be honest and be a fucking human. Day after tomorrow I'm going to volunteer to Portugal - which is thousands of kilometers away from my home - for two months (!) and I am excited and scared and ready to see something new. But I want to leave this masking behind. I'm starting to understand now that it's absolutely okay to be scared, to feel sad or anxious or whatever, but it always gets a little easier to carry when I say it out loud. So many other beings are going through this human experience and we all have similar thoughts and feelings and I just want to be THAT person who is real, honest and living through this life fully. I want to take the gloves off and feel the cold doorknobs and the warm fireplace and the lovely kiss of another human being. I am so tired of hiding and pretending and not being myself. I truly truly am ready to be free. Thank you Hitomi for another lovely video with important reminders. You've been a big support in my life for three years already. I love you

I have the exact portable watercolor set that you got and I love it so much. I realized that I have too many photos of the sky because I just love the different colors, but the photos just don’t ever seem to have the right colors and I don’t seem to appreciate them. So I promised myself to paint them instead, the colors tend to be more accurate, I tend to remember what the sky actually looked like, how it made me feel to look at it and so much more. I recommend it, but I broke it again today because I knew I wouldn’t be able to paint it before the colors went away. I wish I had just watched it though.
