I use unsalted butter, it could be any brand. Most times I use land o lakes or some organic brand

You ever tried using greek yogurt instead of the sour cream? The sour cream is for moisture, right?
Haven't tried greek yogurt yet but I do believe it acts the same as sour cream. Maybe it's more sour though. Yes sour cream adds moisture.
If I make a half batch of this, am I supposed to add 2 eggs or 3 eggs?
