When I met my husband’s grandmother she told me a story. Her husband came from Spain. Jumped off a ship and made his way to WV. He wanted to marry her. Her Italian immigrant father told him to go back to Spain, make things right and return legally and you can marry my daughter. Well, 5 years later he made it back and they married. My parents met and it took 6 years before my mom to be able to immigrate to the US.

In those third world country if you pay $2500 to some politician or their loyalist (those loyalist has large visa documents processing business in every town) than you can get all documents from that third world country to apply Canadian visa.
