by working illegally for nothing and not paying taxes.
Why do some illegals get so much free stuff then some dont
It widely believed around the world that as soon as you enter the USA, it starts raining money, also money grows in the trees and also there is so much money that u can scoop the remainders from the streets, the garbage bins are full of good food as much is discarded when is past the due date but still good. Plus the gov. Toss money all the time and there is free food, free clothes and much more.😂
Doing dead end jobs
Your government provides those documents for a cash cut
For sure it’s the brother who smuggled them. Because he is already in Canada living a life. Why didn’t he took his brother’s family in?
Total BS! Arrest the man and put him in a Canadian prison! Sad that parents made a poor decision to put their 2 children, who had no choice in the matter, in harms way! No one should try to cross our borders illegally!!
No choice? Im not following that logic
@@brokens1097lol. Cause the parents had “no choice".
Hahaha. Logic clearly omitted from original post.

Maybe try entering legally.
Entertaining what
That would take 25-30 years.

@@BCJDM”Entering what”?… Isn’t it obvious?… Entering the U.S. of course!
It is not a tragic journey, but greedy, irresponsible and illegal. The only tragedy for me is the untimely death of two kids. Kids parents must be charged as homicide culprits for murdering two kids.
Your grandmother came on a boat also
The parents are dead as well. You can’t charge dead people.
Depressing how people will understand the sentiment "I would die for my children" but suddenly don't understand why one would cross the border for their children.
@RexOrbis yeah greeds a huge motivator in this story
Obviously you are in a very comfortable place with all your needs met!… you can not understand poverty if u have had a comfortable life!…
No one forced them to invade the USA. The majority of the fault is the parents. No one forced them to criminally seek out a smuggler and no one forced them to make the terrible decision to go in the middle of a whiteout winter storm. Criminality has consequences.
Meanwhile in the US Southern border........
Exactly! Pray for USA.
It is all by design. The US Government allows this to happen.
These children are just beautiful. Mom appears to be very affectionate with them in the photos. Even dad seems to be proud of his family. This just didn’t need to happen. Greed got the better of dad and maybe even mom, too. Don’t know, but such a waste of beautiful lives.
Shock horror a mother being affectionate to her own children 😅

It's nobody's fault but, the Patel's. Their intentions were to enter the country illegally instead of doing the paperwork to enter legally....
and wait more that 30 years to be approved
Too bad, long wait times doesn't justify putting your family in such imminent danger. Let alone committing a federal crime of crossing a border illegally, seriously no one has any morals anymore it seems with all the excuse making for these stupid parents.
I don't believe it takes 25 years. From my own experience, it only takes a couple years if you have family here, and if you don't have family, you can get a work visa and work seven years and then get a green card.
Hats off to D'Souza for this great update. His previous video went viral across the world. Pls make another videos later what happened to those killers.
The smuggler appears to be fairly young yet has a big 3,000 sq foot home with expensive cars why doesn’t the government investigate where he got all that money ?
He doesn’t appear to have a regular job and 5 will get you 10 he claims poor every year on his income tax so as not to pay any tax .
Come on Canada don’t let people walk all over you
Same happens in the USA
The person who did that to send the Patel family in the cold snow storm intended to have them die .The smugglers wanted money and had no way to get the family through. Bunch of money thirsty smugglers
The man and the father should have taken this risk alone and upon success he could bring his family later!

Throw him into the prison. Kudos to the 5th estate. These guys are bane to both our countries
I used to think crime like this was somthing that only happend in Russia,Romania or Mexico. But I seems like Canada is truly the Wild West and if you have a friend in high places then you don’t even have to worry about repercussions
Canada has a lot of criminals living there.

Very sad story how people buy into pipe dreams that evil people sell them .
Hope this story warms other people that there is no such thing as the american dream very few even american ever get it.
@maximike956 but try to understand our point of view!! Think like this like u can only afford food nothing else no education no medicine and then you get a instant shortcut by which you can have all that and even have a refrigerator a.c. t.v. car etc even your own home won't you get greedy too? Imagine living on streets or small house in slum for a decade and then you get a option!! We all are humans we all want a good life
Even poor americans can who work low jobs can have everything so there is a american dream u are just entitled to understand it

Many Americans live this way. Day to day not knowing where their next meal will come from. Despite what ever propaganda you’ve been fed about us you’ve clearly been deceived.
Lots of us cannot afford housing and go without healthcare and skip meals. And an education? Well that’s considered a luxury where I live unless you qualify for assistance or apply for loans that take decades to pay off. There are no shortcuts. Someone has to pay for that. These people paid with their life unfortunately.
@@shashankdixit8949 Oh ffs! Stop cutting and pasting this ignorant bs under every comment.
You can't be serious, you have no idea what you're talking about. So many American families live in poverty, living without food/shelter/basic needs. Educate yourself not everyone in North America have everything to meet their basic needs.
Hes right. People in other countries see new cars etc even on tv and internet and assume everyone here lives that way and some have the thinking its all just here for the taking. I don't think most of them comprehend what theyre even doing or anything, theyre just going on some assumption or word of mouth. People are walking in yet my best friend living in England has to go through all kinds of b.s. just to visit me on a visitor visa. Its not fair, but unless he wants to sneak over the border he has to follow the law.Just fyi ... you are not entitled to be here and american owes you nothing! If you can't respect our laws to get here you won't follow them when you are.
Why didn't you give the all the details and proofs of the smuggler to Toronto Police soon after you reached the suspect at his home?...The police can't do anything to arrest him?
if he gets caught dropping off people at the border, that should be a good evidence to get him arrested.
Because it’s fake, not a real suspect just a paid actor
